Incomp removes a lot of the guesswork from home-buying, especially as a first-time home buyer.
It’s clean, easy to use, and breaks down complex topics in a way that actually makes sense. It allowed me to clearly visualize loan options and interest rates, and helped me understand where I stood financially and what I could realistically do.

I love how easy Incomp is to use! I've considered buying a few times but the upfront process is so tedious and can also be intimidating with all the different people you have to connect with before even understanding affordability. InComp allows me to look seriously at different property listings with a full financial breakdown. I am able to plan for purchase more realistically, and much easier, than I had previously. It is great I am able to keep using Zillow but with real world numbers to get a better idea of what I can afford.

Incomp saved me from a bad investment. My real estate agent significantly underestimated the costs. I wasn't aware that tax reassessment is a thing and that I would be paying a crazy insurance premium because of the flood danger. I was excited about this property, but better safe than sorry, I guess.
