The agent was very helpful and I went ahead and started the application process. I am so glad I did! Everything went off without a hitch. The primary strengths of the company are its website and communications. The website allows easy comparisons between the best available rates for a wide variety of highly-rated companies. Transparency is apparent throughout the process. The follow-up communications are excellent throughout the entire process as well, keeping you informed as your app reaches the different levels of receipt and approval. The area that I believe could use improvement is product knowledge. I assumed that the reps would know the answers to basic questions I had about policy provisions since their primary business seems to be SPIAs. However, many times, they had to look up the info to familiarize themselves first before being able to answer. More in-depth training on product knowledge would have moved my review from 4 to 5 stars. Nevertheless, I would still choose to use this company's services again if purchasing another SPIA.

I contacted Immediate Annuities via e-mail and got very prompt responses from Kyle B. I then spoke to him, at length. He mailed out my application overnight and the packet was very informative. During my phone call, Kyle answered all of my questions and was extremely transparent in explaining the process.
