this site was only made to steal people, I have all the deposit vouchers, and email this thief site, so far no one contacted me to resolve the situation, they no longer respond my email. this site has to be investigated and these crooks have to be arrested.

This company is a scam. They charge $30 to "pre-unlock" then demand another $100 to fnish the unlock (who knows?). They threaten to report the phone as stolen if you contact your credit card for a refund.

The ordering process was pretty straightforward. Waited for few days and got my iPhone 6S+ unlocked. Been using it with a different network and everything seems to be fine. I've heard some networks are more difficult to unlock but one will never know without trying. D

Their service used to work great. Had several iPhones unlocked with them. They were very also very responsive and helpful with iPhones becoming locked again and fixed it when it happened.
Then the prices went up and now more problems started. Phones were relocked and now they are not willing to help anymore. Quote: "The Terms that you must have agreed to during the checkout state that no refunds are given to unlocks that get relocked. It sometimes happens, unfortunately." In my opinion the terms for the expensive premium service did not have that caveat at that time, but I have no proof of the terms that applied when I ordered.
So, if you do not want to risk to get stuck without support if you are "unfortunate" that your phone gets locked again, try another service.
Additionally they claim, that the company has a different team and provider. Quote "Unfortunately, the team and unlock supplier behind this website changed earlier this year." So it is not really the company anymore that got the good reviews in the past. Trustpilot should set them up as a new service provider and give them a fresh start and hopefully prove my experience wrong.
Further, since they claim to have no data of previous transactions, as a a customer of the previous "Imeiphoneunlock.com" you are on your own, as they do not want to provide service nor any refunds even for their premium service. Quote: "During the change the old store together with client information got removed."
Sorry, I can not recommend !
P.S.: Trustpilot asked me to provide proof of the business transaction and I provided it. They judged that this was valid, no matter what "Imeiphoneunlock.com" now claims. This is why this review is still on here for you to take into account.
I should add that the contact with "Imeiphoneunlock.com" was business like (so not rude in any way) but it was just pointed to the terms and there was no attempt to help. So the money (85$) was wasted.

As Timo said above, he ordered his unlocks last year when there was a different team operating at this domain name with different unlock suppliers. Today, we have a new store up and unlocks being delivered daily thanks to our good supplier. We kindly explained to Timo that the domain changed ownership and this is not the same service he used. Therefore, we do not have his order, we do not have his money. Furthermore, Terms on this website have always said that there are no refunds to relocked devices because this can happen due to various reasons not in our control. We provide official unlocks that can't differ anyhow at another service provider. The device will be whitelisted in database. With our current supplier we haven't had any relocked devices. Our team is always available via email.

I've seen the good and the bad reviews...I'll start by saying the process was simple and all the information you need to successfully unlock your device is given along with information explaining: stolen/blacklisted, carrier locked and iCloud locks... a lot of the bad reviews came from the people that didn't pay for premium services and if by simply reading what services needed to be purchased, according to situation would have aleveiated frustration.
I would definitely recommend this service and would personally use again in the future and will refer... took 7 days which I was completely fine with and I was able to check the progress of completion... thanks again for delivering as promised
2/1/2017.... update: iPhone is still unlocked after almost 2 weeks... no reverse on the carrier lock... very very pleased
