The filters I purchased thru Amazon…

The filters I purchased thru Amazon more than 6 months ago did not fit when I attempted to install. Amazon was not helpful at all. When contacting IcePur they were extremely helpful in making the situation right. Working with Aurora was very easy and professional. I received a refund back to Amazon account. Thank you very much.

Guaranteed and honored their return policy

We had a bad filter and they took care of the problem immediately. I contacted them via email as per the instructions and they got back to me right away and within a few days. They offered me a replacement for just one of the filters as that was the only one that was bad thus far. Great customer service!

The filter fit my refrigerator

The filter fit my refrigerator. I ordered from the MFG and the one they sent didn't fit. When I called about the issue they ask me if I had used an after market filter. I confirmed that I had and they said that it changed the receptacle and I would have to change the receiver out to fix the issue. I am sure they changed the filter on their end and they are telling everyone it's now the end user problem. An after market filter designed to fit my frig isn't going to change the bayonet fitting. So, watch out for the lies from Whirlpool!

Website needs work…

I thought the price was fair and the item was delivered sooner than expected and sooner than I was told, which is great.
I had a little difficulty with the website because the item number I had did not cross-reference to the item and giving an appliance make and model didn't bring up the item number either. Not until I said, that looks right and chose it did it actually give the model number, when it was in the shopping cart.

We never received the order we paid for.

We ordered a 5 gallon hot/cold water dispenser. It cost over $400 and we still haven't received. We have tried to email them multiple times cause there is no customer service phone number. And our next step is to write a letter to the attorney general of NC to find out who IcePure company is. We are not rich. We had saved our money to buy this for our children to have easy access to water. My only disappointment was that your company's website indicated that any questions submitted viayou digital inquiry process would be answered promptly. I submitted a question and I never received a response from your customer service. Aside from that, I was completely satisfied with the product and will definitely be using your company when I need to reorder.
