Don’t Be Fooled by the 5-Year Warranty – They Won’t Honor It

I purchased this power station with high hopes, expecting it to be a reliable backup for camping and emergencies. Unfortunately, the experience has been deeply disappointing.

After just over a year of light use, the display screen began to malfunction—making it impossible to see charging or battery levels. Within another six months, the entire unit completely stopped working and would not power on at all.

What’s worse, although the product claims to come with a 5-year warranty, the customer service has been unresponsive and outright refused to offer repair or replacement. Despite multiple attempts to follow up, I received no meaningful support—just vague replies and delays until they stopped replying altogether.

This is unacceptable for a product in this price range, especially one marketed as long-lasting and supported by a generous warranty. Based on my experience, the warranty is meaningless, and the product’s lifespan is far too short.

Avoid this brand unless you're prepared to lose your investment in less than two years. There are more reliable alternatives with better after-sales support.

Low quality products, worst Client Service

Bougth an R600 power station in March 2025, which came defective, returned it to AllPowers a few days after its delivery for substitution. A month and a half later (mid-May), I'm still with no power station, no reimbursement and no answer from their Client Service.

Do not purchase absolute garbage and horrible customer service

I purchased the R600 in July of last year. after two months being delayed in shipping the 200w panel and power system arrived separately and I thought the headache was over but it had only just begun. within a day of using is we had an E2 error which when googled says it's some battery management system error the company told me to reset the system and it should go away so I did. the next day it did it again and the system wouldn't even reset this time so I asked for a refund which they declined because it wasn't within 30 days of ordering. they took longer than the refund policy to deliver this on purpose. They would only offer a replacement which i wanted nothing to do with after this experience. I had to dispute it with my bank which they somehow fought and won and so no refund was processed. The bank didn't ask me for any additional information to prove my point just declined. by this time I had the unit for two more months and saw both the E6 and E4 error codes as well as the E2 from the beginning and the system was basically useless but we tried to find a small use case that would work for it. Put it on the pond pump attached to 400w of panels only outputting 120w for the pump. it still had to be turned on multiple times a day so clearly not working. These panels were tested on another system and worked just fine so it's not the panels. although the panel i also bought from them has odd growth under the top plate on some cells as well. we figured we just had to deal with it i can't just chalk up $500 as a loss so we just turned it on regularly and dealt with it. until today when it caught on fire!!! thank God we were home and found it or things could have been very bad. never ever buy from this company. its cheap for a reason.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
After purchasing and receiving the Allpower R4000 unit. In just under 30 days in the unit failed (could smell burning). It’s not even been used much! I Emailed Allpower (that’s the only way you can contact them) and Allpower agreed to collect the unit and replace it. That was over a Month ago. They are now not even replying to my emails (I email everyday). I feel like my £1300 has gone up in smoke. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

I have a R4000 power station that had issues charging from solar. I contacted support and was directed and forwarded to the Amazon support email and was asked if I could provide a video showing the problem.

Afterwards, a return was promptly arranged.

Assistance with previous questions was also provided accurately and quickly.

Moreover, I have 2 sets of the 400W portable solar panels which have worked without issue for over a year notwithstanding the battery noted above.

My name is Ken, follow up from 1st review I wrote a review about ALLPOWERS on the…

I wrote a review about ALLPOWERS on the 11 September 2024. I purchased an ALLPOWERS unit on the 21st November 2022, with a 2 year warranty. On its second outing in August 2024 the unit failed. I contacted ALLPOWERS they asked me who supplied the unit. I told them i purchased it brand new from Ebay. They told me to find out who supplied Ebay with the item. Ebay told me ALLPOWERS supplied the unit. I passed the information on to ALLPOWERS,
I have not heard from them since. When i purchased the unit, it stated in the advertisement that the unit has a 2 year warranty. When i looked up their warrant
after the unit failed, i found that you only receive a limited warranty, which is not what was advertised when purchasing the unit. the warrant has know lapsed, i payed over £1100 for the unit which is now only fit for a door stop. So be careful when thinking about purchasing a unit from ALLPOWERS.

GREAT BUY

First let me say I was going to buy the 1800w inverter test and review because power goes out a lot here and we are older so we needed something for a back up. This company offered the 1800w inverter to me for review, but I made it clear I was going to give an honest review to help people like us that don't have a lot of money but can't be in the dark. So with that said. First the 100 w solar panel. THE NEGATIVE. 1 thing i saw was the American flag, as far as I know not made at all in America, so you can check for yourself, it might just mean they sell to America. However so far these people have been really nice and I told them I was going to be honest and they were fine with that. 2nd The solar panel could be a little hard if windy and you are handicapped to pop right up , but way dorable. Customer service response time was great, but shipping was a little long i think due to the shipping company not them, but still came fast. They have an app that operates the system with a few cool features, but I probably wouldn't use that much but some people will. NOW POSITIVES. WOW light weight, well made, simple to set up and even has kick stands or grommets for hanging and an attached pouch to keep the wires and all different type connectors they supply. I STRONGLY think this is a great buy and if i get the money i will buy more to add on to charge faster. OK NOW THE INVERTER. The INVERTER 1800w is AMAZING. Lightweight but rugged. Easy to read board and 4 yes 4 plugs that can handle a LOT and can operate several things and charge things at once including usb ports and more. The app is very simple, but could be very helpful and connected very easily. It is just wonderful and very simple to operate. You can also charge it from an outlet and it is safe for electronics. I dont give 5 stars easily but this super seeds it. I have seen other units but for the money so far I'm sold. It's AWESOME, definitely makes us feel safer. If i didn't think so I would say it. I'm gonna start testing the inverter, but if it does everything this good as it is now it's a no brainer. I'm not a professional, just an old guy who needs a good set up. NOW MORE ON THE inverter. I don't really see any negatives and I'm shocked. This 1800w inverter can handle a LOT. I'm so impressed. I think if we or you had a long power outage you would still have to be smart but I think you wouldnt lose food and we could even alternate a 1500w heater if needed, Charges super quick plus you can use the solar panels. I would strongly recommend the strongest solar panels for your unit. You can also charge your phones, laptop and essentials at the same time. I think this unit is amazing. It really seems well put together. I'm going to try to even get an extra unit when I can. When our power goes out it's tough on us. I will also tell you what makes it nice is you really get to see how many watts you are using before you overload it, but the good thing is it has a protector built in. Also really crazy but you can also lay 2 phones on top of the unit to charge magnetically. I really don't give out 5 stars. I am given 5 stars based on my opinion. I'm impressed. I would say I think this company is honest and fair. I think in the beginning they might have had some hiccups, but I personally think they are trying hard to do things right. From what i understand there a bit smaller but trying to work on getting things right. I would still say check them out for yourself, but I think you would be happy with them. Tell them Bill sent you and i cant promise but they might give you a small discount. Thank You Allpowers.
