Things I would improve

The dials on the dates I would prefer just writing dates and times in blanks. Vital signs are kind of a hustle to put in because you have to click in and out of them instead of just writing them out.
I feel like there’s no one I can call for help. There’s no phone numbers for support only emails and then it takes days to get an answer. A lot of my questions could be answered if I didn’t have to watch webinar upon webinar to get info. It would be nice if the info on the webinars was in documents so you can just search and find what you need.
In the webinars it tells me I can do a FaceTime for check-ins and then I was told by support team that I actually have to physically be with the client.
Also the app glitches and stalls up sometimes.
The providers on one weekend I’m not sure how a person could have done an event because I could never get connected to a doctor so I had to re-schedule to another day after hours of sitting with my client.
It is almost backwards to me how info is presented. It would be nice if the learning center had screen recordings and YouTube’s of how to operate the app and then if the info for meds was in print form that would help me a lot! Please do not take this as a rant as I am so appreciative of what this app has done for me!!

I regret signing up with this company

I regret signing up with this company. First and foremost, they did not disclose upfront that their services are locked to one state only. If you want to operate in a neighboring state—even just a few miles away—you’re required to pay an additional $3,000, which felt like a hidden fee. When I asked to transfer my service area, I was told their policy only allows you to operate based on your home address, which severely limits flexibility and wasn’t communicated clearly.

Secondly, it’s been extremely difficult to find clients. The required doctor’s fee, plus the high cost of infusions, makes it hard to attract paying customers—especially if you’re starting from scratch. Despite my efforts (flyers, local marketing), I’ve received zero leads or inquiries.

Please be aware of these limitations before you invest. I wish I had known this earlier, and I hope this helps others make a more informed decision

Super easy and CC knew her stuff

Super easy and CC knew her stuff. You could tell she loves what she does and truly wants to help people. I’m excited to say that I’ve already started losing weight and I’m only a week in. Highly recommend Hydreight and CC’s Mobile IV Therapy And Aesthetics!

Disappointing experience

You decided to make a "soft announcement" that Olympia pharmacy was available again in webinars that are not pertinent to my business. I get 5 emails every booking that is made. Why was it so hard to send an email this time? You should have emailed the business partners that have been with you for years. We are struggling to stay in business because one of the only two pharmacies abruptly became unavailable.

Dashboard is hard to follow

Dashboard is hard to follow. Videos etc are in several different places. Watched the videos and took notes and test material not covered and no way to see what you miss. Pharmacy shipment came without notice and I wasnt home. Mandatory video sessions aren’t at convenient times for someone working. Sent follow up txt’s when coach checked in and she never followed up. Disappointed in support compared to what was promised by Chad when I spoke with him.

This has been a terrible experience

This has been a terrible experience. I still can't figure out how to get a patient scheduled. I get to the point of picking a place and it will not let me select my address. I have messaged several times. Talking to someone or having someone help me would be great. Otherwise a refund of my 3k dollars would be great also.

BULLSHIT, MISINFO, Zero help

So sick of the changes in info everytime I try to order or treat. Several meds/vitamins unavailable. AP has yet to work for my clients. I will NOT renew. Beware nurses! Find another company!!!
