For thr first time in 13 years I decided to come to the UK and meet my 3 best friends.
So this trip was massive for me, I realised I needed a way to get around and a lot of other car hire places wouldn't accept me either because I was from Australia or because I'm under 25.
But thankfully humble hire accepted me!!
They were so helpful and friendly the entire time i was hiring out one of their cars! I had to extend the car twice and they were nothing but understanding and helpful!
When I had to leave I would only drop the car off to my friends place, but they didn't mind and came out to collect it anyway.
Whenever I come back to thr UK I will definitely be going through humble hire again!

Everything about my dealings with this company was great. From the simple and efficient online booking process to delivery of the car to the campsite on which I was staying was straightforward and seamless. The delivery driver was very pleasant and apologised for being just a few minutes later than the time I'd requested (not an issue for me and it was prime school run time after all!). He did a quick handover and explained a couple of little quirks with the controls. The car (an Astra), whilst nearly ten years old, was clean, comfortable and good to drive. At the end of my trouble-free 5-day hire, all I had to do was leave the car in the car park, lock the keys inside and someone came and collected it at their convenience, so there was no pressure on me to get the back the car back to a depot by a certain time. Leaving the car full of petrol (as received), there were no consequent surprise costs (which has not always been my experience with car hire). I will gladly hire from Humble when needed again in the future.

What a fantastic car hire service! Drop off and pick up wherever it suits you. We were able to pick up at our hotel early in the morning and drop off near the train station so we didn't need to carry our bags. We caught the train from st albans directly to london st pancras, only 30mins, and jumped on the eurostar. The whole process was so seamless. We didn't have to worry too much about car scratches as the cars are a bit older, and cheaper than big name rentals, but were still good drives. They were really easy to communicate with. Jamie was so friendly and bang on time with drop-off. Wish we had humble hire in Australia! Highly recommend!!

I was quite concerned of the legitimacy of booking any car hire on line, but I needn't have been concerned with Humble Hire.
I contacted them a few times for different questions and assistance and they were great. Very accommodating and helpful at all stages.
The car itself was a little older but very good condition and very comfortable for the whole of our Family holiday.
Thanks for everything Humble Hire I will definitely use you again if in need of a hire car in the UK and would tell anyone thinking of using them, DO you will not be disappointed.
