Great customer service
My shoes were damaged on opening. DPD left the box on the floor in the rain.
When I opened the soaking wet box the box was soaking and shoes wet with tissue paper stuck to them. I contacted hugs and co on the chat and within minutes they had said they would arrange a new pair to be delivered and they would sort the return of the damaged one. They were efficient, responsive and apologetic- it was nothing to do with them.
Today they’ve offered 2 methods to return the shoes and all very easy.
I can’t rate them high enough.
