Very slow internet

I purchased the cheapest plan because I only use the internet for one Smart TV at a time, NOTHING ELSE...However it is very very slow to connect with streaming movies or even regular TV channels!! When I call customer service they tell me I need to purchase more speed via their Tokens, REALLY one TV and the "select" plan cannot handle it 😑

Got my internet satellite and modem…

Got my internet satellite and modem installed, the tech used old coax cables that the previous owner of the house had and I don’t think they work so he took a short cut, and since the install from the very first second I haven’t had internet, and haven’t got told where the new modem is, weather it’s on the way or what, and it’s been 16 days. Very dissatisfied and disappointed I went with hugesnet sat internet services

Well I'm happy with the service the technician was very polite on time and did good work the only issue I have is I could not get my ADT security cameras set outside or my doorbell cam on my house because because y'all don't let them connect to the internet which kind of sucks but other than that I guess I'm happy with my internet but I wish y'all would change that so people can get their house secure

Y'all don't recommend their services for security system what's kind of sucks but other than that everything is good
