One of the most dishonest and…

One of the most dishonest and unprofessional companies I have ever dealt with. Salesperson gave me a deal of only paying $1250 to get started . Get started to be scammed! They have zero marketing that is any different than what you can do on FB and then provide “leads” with fake phone numbers and names. And you can’t get a refund (even though sales rep said that would be easy if not working out)
Do not waste a penny or one second of time with this fake lead gen company.
Update - if you complain the reply is that it is your fault for not following up on fake leads

Stay way!
This company is ridiculous.
I spent $2400 for a majority of leads that were junk.
They claim to have someone working the leads with you but their own people will disqualify leads and then send them to you. I have been trying to get a refund for months. They promise a full refund but their terms and conditions are absurd. I was given a full review of my file after a year of working with them. They found my communication to be great with leads and saw that I was responsive. That means nothing. They used the fact that I didn’t have an email signature IN THEIR PLATFORM as a way to deny a refund. I have spent the last 3 months trying to ge a refund. Their rep was very helpful at first. He agreed I was very close to meeting all requirements for a refund and SHOULD be entitled to some sort of refund. He called me a week later, asked if $500 was ok and I told him no ) I was requesting $1800, 75% of my total payment. He said he would look into it. Never heard back. About a month later, I reach out again to Housejet. I received a call today. The new rep, claimed to be his boss and immediately stated there is no refund. I mentioned our previous discussion regarding the $500 Refund. I was told that was off the table because that was offered a month ago. Funny, they offer a stipend, tell you they will call you and then hold that time delay against you. Trash company. Of all the lead gen companies I have used this is by far the most misleading.
Save your money.

If you bring this to their attention and file a complaint, they will try to place blame on you. They are trying to cite that I had 12 deals that I did not get to closing. I went back in a separate email with them prior and went over a majority of these leads with them. Their team will disqualify Leads as soon as they get to me. Half or more of these people that bought or sold a home were people that the inside sales department and appointment centers at Housejet disqualified immediately or they had bad contact info. These things happen but the place blame on an agent for something out of their control is absolutely ridiculous.

Slow Starter BUT...

I’m off to a slow start trying to learn the platform, do some training, get comfortable with “all the things” but, so far…I am very hopeful that HouseJet can help me get to the next level. Mike is incredibly knowledgable in how to grow your business and exude success and confidence. I know that I am going to have to embrace intentional branding, increase my internet/social media presence, so I am starting here and I don’t think I will be disappointed.

REALTORS, BUYER BEWARE!

Dear REALTOR friends, BUYER BEWARE!
Read all the 121 terrible 1-star reviews - some having paid maybe up to $3-5,000...... a whopping 18% of customers have given appalling reviews here at Trustpilot. 11 of those reviews are very recent.

I have been contacted by one of their salespeople. I suspected straight away when she let me into their completely unstructured and incomprehensible webpages, trying to confuse me with all their unfathomable programs and prices.

And sure enough, it only took 10 minutes on Trustpilot to verify my suspicions. I addressed this to their salesperson when she called just now, but she hung up. Then, five minutes later, she texted me, commenting on my brokerage bio and stating it does not work. Oh, my goodness, what a joke.

In 2024, of the 4.5 million fake 5-star reviews detected on the platform, 90% were automatically identified by Trustpilot machine learning models for fake review detection.

So I’m NOT READING the 4/5 STAR reviews when checking businesses for legitimacy, nor should you – BUYER BEWARE!

Impressive Tools

Sold a bag of lies and mistruths

Sold a bag of lies and mistruths - leads are not verified and of the leads provided, I have received bought leads, wrong numbers, not the person etc.... nothing verified. Wrong names, numbers, emails, etc. Their customer service is of no help and they have not provided the amount of leads promised...... Do not do it! Never had this experience with Boomtown or CINC. They CLAIMED they were better but not that I have seen. I have called customer service many many times with the same result... nothing!

Spend you money elsewhere

If you have the time to follow up with leads that do not want to talk with you for $3,000 then you should sign up for house jet. They will tell you on the sales call that you will be fully refunded in a year only to tell you NO when it comes due. They will come up with lot's of excuses why they cannot help you and ultimately leave you empty handed. In every deal in life everyone needs to win or it is simply a bad deal. First the sales person sold me on the refund. I stupidly paid $3,000 and then they sent me something to sign that trapped me into their system that they knew would never be refunded. Ultimatly they left me with no leads and out a LOT of money. Oh and if you do sign up they will immediately ask you to give them a review so that is locked in for them. I did not do that and nobody else should either as they do not deserve a good review. Go ahead just look at the reviews. There is not one person that mentions closing a deal. Because that have not.
