Arrived to the hotel after a reservation through Hotels.com. The room was sold to another even though I confirmed my reservation during the day, and they told me that everything was fine. Until I arrived where they were fully booked.
Even then was the receptionist very rude and blamed her collegues.
My recommendation - don't book anything at this Hotel.
