one word Scammers
Just scammers will inflate the price when I purchased their hosting plan for 30 I was told to pay 59 dollars for renewal and I had no issue but after I renewed my price it was still shown that I will need to pay 59 dollars to renew next time but now they have made my renewal price at 131 dollars with out anything extra same service same thing but increased renewal without any reason do not but from them they are known for doing this kind of behaviour

Worst costumer service
Good afternoon. I can’t stress enough how bad customer service on hostinger. If you are a business owner don’t do it. I purchased a plan with them this month and everything was going smoothly until I came across a problem. I got logged out of hostinger and cant access my email due to poor configuration of the dns records. Because I can’t log in to my work email I can’t receive the verification code to log in to my account. It’s been more than a week talking to the new AI bot they implemented and sporadically managing to talk to a a customer representative. I sent all the required documents to recover my account via a second email but it’s taking them about 2 weeks now to resolve the problem. Can’t log in can’t respond to clients can’t do any work. So I’m loosing money and paying for a poor service at the same time. Still far from the issue being resolved.
