Moved to Hostify from Lodgify two months ago. DO NOT DO IT!!! You have been warned. Onboarding is so poor they may as not bother, the staff do not know anything and ask technical support for every onboarding issue, but we cannot speak to technical support directly. For the last 2 days their system have been down but WORSE is that AIRBNB have now taken all our properties down because of hostify - NO ONE CAN BOOK A SINGLE DATE, NO ONE CAN SEARCH FOR US ON AIRBNB, and hostify send a crappy email detailing no end time for this. WE MOVED TO GUESTY THIS MORNING AND CANCELLED!

System has been down now entering 2nd day. No-one can reserve ourproperties, auto messages with key codes are not being sent, no diary schedule for housekeeping- we are completely blind. CEO messaged late yesterday afternoon saying it would be back up that day - since then no further communication. Do they think they can just bury their heads in the sand without updating us regularly? - as an operator this has cast huge doubts over Hostify's system robustness and I will be looking at other alternatives. Communication is key and the lack of it from the top is unacceptable.

The rep that I speak with every time I have a question or issue is Pabel. He has patiently trained and tought me how to use the program. I love that he takes the time to guide and assist me. Now looking back I find this PMS to be very easy to use. You just have to learn the navigation part and the rest will take care of itself. 🤗

Contacted me thru Whatsapp...initiated a 3rd party innocuous sounding company to "verify" and tried getting my cc information. And apparently his "platform" is a real mess because it caused its property manager to try pulling a bait and switch on me which is illegal and unethical. AND they took 314.00 from my bank and kept it when I didn't/couldn't complete their shady verification process and they knew I didn't even have checkin information. They refused to refund my money. My social security disability money. I wrote a more thorough review on booking.com and wrote report to the ethical board.

I've been a customer of this company for a year, and unfortunately, my experience hasn't been great. The software still feels unrefined, with numerous features failing to deliver as promised. A notable issue is its inability to accurately retrieve phone numbers from Airbnb guests, which means I'm unable to send text messages or use WhatsApp for communication. The support team also seems to lack the necessary knowledge to provide effective assistance. Adding to the frustration is their policy on account cancellation; it cannot be done online and requires manual intervention. Despite being told that the sales support team would contact me regarding this, I've received no communication. As a result, I'm now forced to involve my bank to pursue a chargeback.

I like the UX, even thought is not that easy to use. The attention I´ve received from my account manager is trully the best.
I´ve had a couple of issues though:
1) The Stripe Integration is not working for me, 90% of all my reservations are marked as failed o error
2) The TASKs plataform does not work at all, every time my staff tries to use it, the app closes, the checklists are to short, only 10 items and is very slow.

24/7 Customer service is what is advertised and the initial reply always states “We typically reply in a few minutes” but their call center is located in Indonesia or somewhere so there is ALWAYS a delayed response and the Hostify calendar is behind by 1 Day and they are not available on weekends. Recent mixup in pricing was so badly mishandled by Hostify staff that weeks passed before someone from their support team finally responded directly with a ‘take it or leave it’ attitude. The Hostify ‘Housekeeping’ notification feature is misleading and offers a week-to-week update only; unfortunately, my housekeeping teams must plan their calendars a month in advance at a minimum. I have requested this fix numerous times but there has been no response. For $100/mo, I am not impressed. Hostify seems better suited to a small boutique Hotel.

I'm sharing an update on my Hostify experience.
Firstly, I want to express my genuine appreciation for the commendable support efforts. However, the problem with undelivered/disappearing messages still persist. Regrettably, I contact support less often now, prioritizing immediate client assistance over constant outreach for support.
I want to bring to the attention an interaction I had with the manager regarding my concerns.
While I truly appreciate the manager's willingness to address and resolve the issues by suggesting direct communication, during our conversation, the manager requested that I delete my negative comments, adding that I should keep them only if it makes me feel good about myself, which left me feel uncomfortable with a sense of psychological pressure, as I believe everyone should be able to share their true thoughts openly.
Unfortunately, this experience has left me with a more negative perception of the app and overall user experience.
I believe open and constructive communication is crucial, and I hope Hostify can address these issues transparently and ensure a more comfortable experience for all users.

I went through their sales process, set up my account, ran it for a week. One of my biggest gripes was the customer service, I should say LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. Their sales guy assured me that was because it was a trial account and paying customers get quick responses. Uh, not sure how else to put this but he lied. Same non-response after they took the money. After a week I realized this system is woefully inadequate for my needs, I have twenty listings and the triggers were way off, like by hours and in some cases did not work, the system is very difficult on mobile and in general has some of the worst latency I have ever experienced from a Saas provider of any industry. I lost thousands in bookings from trying them out. I went back to my old provider and was back in business.
Then to compound the issue, I could not get them to answer me to cancel. It has been several months, and they still bill me, they do not respond to me and locked me out of my account but they bill me. I disputed the charge with my cc and and they have not responded to them either. This was a complete waste of my time and very disappointing.
Bottom line, SAVE YOUR TIME and look elsewhere, this system is abysmal.
