I honestly feel scammed by HostGator. They've been charging me for services I never knowingly signed up for — including Private Registration (charged multiple times!) and Professional Email. I never asked for these, and they quietly added them to my bill.
Even after escalating the issue months ago, no one from their team has actually looked into my account properly. Support has been useless in issuing a refund — just generic replies and no real help. It’s like they don’t care at all about what their customers are actually paying for.
I will do my best to cancel all services and let me friends know not to use the service.
