Host Duplex, their support team and Sam are absolutely amazing. They have hosted my small website business since 2012. I am so happy I chose Host Duplex and have never looked back. I trust them immensely. There is no better hosting service anywhere. Every time I’ve had an issue or a general how-to question, Host Duplex has always solved my issues and answered my questions within an hour. Their turnaround time is outstanding.

After having a serious website outage with one of the bigger hosting companies, I moved my entire Wordpress-based site to Host Duplex by recommendation from another photographer. I couldn't be happier with that decision. The customer & tech service that Host Duplex provides is absolutely second to none, and if I ever do have issues, service needs, or even questions, they're addressed quickly, anytime, day or night, with excellent, thorough communication and resolution.

In addition, the hosting package itself is fast, highly secure, with 100% Wordpress compatibility, and provides all of the necessary tools to manage my site and email. Most recently, they helped me set up a subdomain for my online courses, and it was all up and running in minutes.

I highly recommend Host Duplex to anyone who needs a fast, secure hosting service for their Wordpress site. Sure, it costs more than the big bargain hosting services, but it's totally worth it, because you'll never get the kind of rock solid stability and excellent customer service that Host Duplex provides.

I have been a customer for something like 10-15 years. I have not once considered jumping ship to another business. The degree of customer service, responsiveness, and support is second to none. It's almost like that old school mom and pop joint. You just know you're prioritized, and Sam is awesome to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing host support.

Their Customer Service and Tech Support are beyond outstanding. Every time I have needed help, they have been available within minutes. And they have always been kind, helpful, on-point, and professional. Everybody at Host Duplex is great.

Reliable. Their reliability is stellar, My sites have never suffered any downtime with their services.

Speed. Their server-side Litespeed caching is already included. All you need to do is get the free plugin to pair with it and you are good to go.

Backups. Also included, just ask how to set it up to your individual needs.

There is so much more than I could possibly list here.

Everything that Host Duplex already does, "the other guys" only claim to.

When it comes to hosting, there is only Host Duplex and "those other guys".

And don't be surprised when the Founder and CEO personally contacts you from time to time just to see how it's going.

We have been with Host Duplex going on two years now , migrated from Hostpapa who were a joke! The Customer support at HD has been incredible during that period! This is a HUGE difference from other companies I’ve worked with, where sometimes you’ll get good support, but most times you feel like you’re stuck speaking to a robot who doesn’t care about you or your website
