Worst Hosting Experience – Avoid HostArmada at All Costs
I had a very disappointing experience with HostArmada, and I would not recommend them to anyone serious about their website or business.
I was hosting a site that I had been building and improving for over 1.5 years. Everything was going fine until one day, without any prior notice, HostArmada suspended my website due to a DMCA complaint. What’s worse — they didn’t even verify if the complaint was legitimate or from an official source. It could’ve easily been from a competitor or random third party.
Their support team had previously promised I’d be notified before any action, but instead, they took my website offline without warning, causing me massive loss in traffic, revenue, and user trust. Even after I explained everything and offered to remove any disputed content, they were slow, unresponsive, and extremely unhelpful.
On top of that, HostArmada has hidden limits on resources. They advertise things like “unlimited bandwidth” and “free resources,” but once your traffic starts growing, they quietly throttle your site’s performance or hit you with vague “resource limit” notices. You won’t know the actual caps until your site slows down or gets suspended.
Their customer support is unreliable, with replies often taking 1–2 days. In critical moments, this kind of delay is unacceptable.
I’ve now switched to a new host that resolved my situation professionally and respectfully. My advice: avoid HostArmada if you value your business, uptime, and peace of mind. There are far better, faster, and more transparent options available.

Don't fall in scam by reading their positive reviews, they are not what it look like,
there are a lot of limitations on resources, they offer cpu 6 cores and 6gb ram but unfortunately never can reach there, I/o limits which they hidden making fraud sales.
after making a lot of limitations they are force advising me to but a vps which are 10 time expensive than market prices.
Just stay away from hostarmada, i moved to inmotion hosting which are far better,

At no point was anyone forced to buy anything. In fact, you were even issued a full refund for your service, which further proves our commitment to fairness and transparency.
If an upgrade was recommended, it would have been based purely on performance metrics and the actual needs of your website, not as a sales tactic.

Shifted from Siteground as they closed business in India. Was apprehensive at first as could not see similar dashboard and functions.
But have slowly found my way around and after few chats with support, realised doing anything is just an ask away! For anything done we just need to contact support and there is no lag and love the prompt response every time.
The website is loading quite fast and as of now we are happy with the services.
They came highly recommended by a trusted friend.
