I found it easy to navigate the website and getting exactly what I had been looking for on other websites with a $100 discount, so actually save money on my purchase. I thought that the delivery/assembly fee was a bit expensive but I guess you get what you pay for and I'm paying for the assembly, convince of it. I just placed the order so that's all I can review. But I am hoping the rest of my experience goes as well as the first part has.

Terribe delivery experience and damaged product!
The delivery process is badly managed without a good communication of delivery and assembly time and day. White glove is something never recommend. The box of treadmill had tens of damage and makes product exposed without protection.
When the delivery guys opened the box, they and I saw numerous dent and damage on the treadmill which simply means it is not a ‘new’ product as it was presented during treadmill buying process. It is a previously used and damaged product.
Overall a nightmare buying experience, deserves ‘zero’ star. I immediately request full refund and an official apology from the horizon fitness company. Otherwise, I will contact an consumer right lawyer.

They can not do anything right. Want to sign up for text updates? Nope can’t do that. Unavailable. Want to chat with someone about your order? Sorry can’t do that either. Unable to. Unavailable. Your package has arrived, now you can schedule your delivery JUST KIDDING NO YOU CANT! How are you failing this much at literally everything??? I really hope the actual product is good but not sure if it will even ever get to me.

Bad web purchasing experience
I didn't have enough information on the horizon site and had to find information on other sites. Once I purchased, my purchase was frozen and I was forced to call. Once I called, the technician indicated no reason to freeze my purchase and moved it forward.
