Item ordered in April and did not arrive. I have had literally dozens of emails back and forth with customer service. Early June I was promised either a refund or to have the item "re-shipped" within 24 hours. It never happened. Now July, they keep telling me they are working to resolve the matter. This is a scam, stay away from them. You can't trust a word they say.

I would leave zero stars if it was possible. Send me melted and broken lipsticks, I contacted them immediately and the promised to refund...this was 8 weeks ago. I have since reminded them about the refund... and have 7 separate emails promising to refund me.... but still no refund. I do not reccomend this business at all.

SCAM. Ordered from this company after reading the ingredients were nontoxic (directly from them). What I received was a completely different brand (Lake Rain, shipped from China with a Temu product label) with toxic ingredients. Contacted customer support over 6 weeks ago and keep being told it will be resolved in a few days. 60 day money back guarantee, nope! SCAM. Commented on their facebook profile and they blocked me. Another red flag: there is no way to leave a review on their website. Reviews are clearly either bought or fake. I filed a chargeback with my cc provider.

The products I received are lakerain Almost Lipstick Dark Honey and Colorful Velvet Mousse Silky Plump Lip Pencil PECOLOVERS instead of HoneyNoir Black Honey Lipstick and Matching Black Honey Lipliner as advertised. The lip liner pencil is thin, crumbly, and not even close to matching the color of the lipstick. The lip liner and lipsticks shipped separately from China not New York. The products were shipped in thin flimsy plastic envelopes.

After ordering these inferior products, Norton Anti-virus started flagging the website as malicious. The seller blocked me on Facebook after I sent them a message questioning the discrepancies in the products. The seller never responded to my emails questioning the product discrepancies.

The seller finally responded to my complaint only after I filed a dispute with PayPal. The seller demanded that I close the dispute and contact them directly. I refused to close the dispute. The seller offered me a partial refund of $3.59 of my $35.98 purchase and that I could keep the inferior products. I declined the offer and escalated the dispute with PayPal. Per PayPal, seller will issue a full refund if I return products at my expense. Unfortunately, seller has not provided a shopping address for me to return the products to.

Such a scam. The item arrived and was branded with a different name. It smelt really toxic and was not smooth to apply. The lipstick didn't move when turning it either. Really dodgy in their responses. And working w PayPal to get refund. Don't waste your money

Don’t waste your time and money on this company. You can get the same black honey lipstick color from Clinique, or other brands. I can’t wear Clinique (unfortunately) so I was looking for another option. This company appears to operate out of China, so that is a big red flag, in my book. I am reluctant to ever order anything from social media or china ever again. It never ends well.

I never received my order. I have been battling this since January and it is now June. They say my order was delivered, but it was not. No refund and no new order shipped.

At this point I feel like all I am doing is getting my money’s worth by continuing to bring up the issue until I feel like they have spent at least $40 or more by dealing with me, or until the refund or replace my order. Whichever comes first.

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to ship so fast but it arrived the next day! The texture is Okay I’m obsessed. This lipstick gave me that clean, glowy “no makeup” look but still added just the right pop of color. It even lasted through lunch.

I purchased this on 4/28/2025. The order was pending in customs for nearly two weeks. When it finally arrived, the tubes said "Lakerain" and the product was cheap (half-filled, not long-lasting or transfer proof). I contacted customer support on 5/14/2025. Since that time, customer support has repeatedly asked for time to review and sort out the issue. Despite sending pictures and asking for the proper product or a refund in full, over one whole month later customer support has still failed to respond satisfactorily.

Being in my late 60s, I avoid lipsticks that bleed or feather. This one stays right where I apply it, and it’s so moisturizing — no dryness, no cracking, just smooth, pretty lips.
