Ordered some teeth whitening gel on 19/03/2028 - 10 days later and I am still waiting for my delivery. Not had an update on where it is.

I placed an on the 20th and paid for express delivery. Based on the tracking provided, the order I received was not dispatched until the 26th which is well out of the 1-2 days advised for express delivery and the courier delivered next day. So I asked for my money back on the express delivery as it was the business that failed to dispatch in the correct time and they are refusing because it’s not a garuanteed service. So what am I paying for then??

The original tracking shows they booked a delivery on the 20th but never gave Royal Mail my package! So not a fault with the courier

I've placed an order with this company twice now. First for the Philips Zoom night and my recent order was for Philips Zoom day. I will continue to order my whitening products from these in the future. I had a slight problem with delivery but Jessica at customer support was very helpful and quickly resent the item which arrived within 24h hours. Can't fault the company and their products at all. Very pleased customer!

Parcel was sent back due to a mistake made by Royal Mail, thanks to home teeth whitening’s support team, it wasn’t much of a problem, great communication allowed the product to be sent again in no time.

Excellent speedy postal service, ordered on a Sunday and it came on Tuesday. Good sturdy packaging. Used the same night, I put a bit too much gel in my teeth trays so a good tip is to just put a little in, like the instructions say! The only downside would be that it is a little tricky to put the tips on the syringes - maybe this is something that the company can look into to make it a bit easier? My teeth were whiter after half an hour and I am pleased with the result. My plan is to do it every month and use the whitening toothpaste that I also bought in between sessions. I have tried a lot of teeth whitening products and would certainly recommend this product. The price is affordable and value for money. Angela excellent buy for people who are on a budget and can't afford the inflated prices on branded products. I am glad I found this product.

Great delivery using the company's own brand teeth whitening strips they stick better than crest low sensitivity and most important appear to work teeth around looking better after one week let's see results after full use

Polanight was recommended to me by my daughter in law and I bought the 2 syringe pack at 16% to try. It’s easy to use and did the job at less than half the price of my dentist.
I bought the 4 syringes after that but somewhere between them and me my parcel was lost.
I emailed Polanight and they couldn’t have been more helpful. They sent my order out again without hesitation by 24hr Royal Mail. Thank you.

Had a problem with delivery and the company resolved it swiftly, recommend them

They delivered four out-of-date Colgate toothpaste.
I contacted them to clarify.
They said when they shipped them, they still had two weeks of shelf life! By law, toothpaste should have at least 8-12 months of shelf life.
I complained again, but my complaints fell on deaf ears.

My conclusion:
They are a bunch of crooks who are selling leftover, out-of-date stock from big, reputable names/companies. Be careful. Don’t be fooled; shop elsewhere.
