Well Designed but takes some time to assemble
The components are well designed with sturdy construction and tough (pet friendly) coverings. assembly takes time but the end product is high quality comparable to other more expensive sectionals.

Representative was pleasant and helpful. Orders were received and corrected in good time.
Fabric was excellent, however, threading was not trimmed. The arm covers and ottoman covers were made differently than the originals. Apparently velcro needs to be added to the wood.
Additionally, the ottoman base cover was too small and there were no directions for installation.

60 Day Trial
I am in the 60 day trial period and so far its been over 30 days and I have yet to have all of the parts and pieces to put the trial piece together. The original boxes came battered and so one of the pieces was broken and likely lost the bag of screws, which I didn't realize until a later date. I am on delivery number three (number 1 had a broken piece, 2 came with wrong piece, 3 missing bag of screws). Customer service is very friendly and accommodating. I am really hoping the chair is nice. The cushions and fabric seem good!

Our new sectional is really nice
Our new sectional is really nice. It’s comfortable, fits the space perfectly and I love the ice color we selected.
I didn’t love the smell of the particle board which took about 3 weeks to dissipate and I wish the couch was a little shorter because I’m short. Other than that, I would totally recommend this sectional.

I noticed a cushion by a window was lightening and was pleased HR allows online ordering of "parts"! I doubt another furniture company allows that. Even though my sofa style is no longer available, they still custom sewed my cover in the original fabric. I called to confirm with a very nice representative, who assured me all would be done. Within 2 weeks I received the cover and slipped it on. It just blended right in with the 10 year old sofa. The whole piece is still like new. It survives kids and a 300+ lb relative with not a "creak." Love Home Reserve!

The loveseat and ottoman that we purchased for our RV exceeded our expectations. We needed more storage space and Home Reserve furniture was exactly what we were looking for.
