Ordered over a month ago and never received the product. Their customer service is automated bot responses that keep telling you to wait longer and that your request has been escalated to the appropriate team.

Their website says they are located in the USA but the product ships from China. Upon further investigation they are a Chinese owned company and a scam.

Do not purchase this product!! I have been waiting for over 2 months for the product to arrive. They have automated fluffy emails that tell you they are “working on it”. One response apologizing that the product didn’t ship and then minutes later another automated email with the old tracking number showing how it is stuck in transit. No human help at all.

What a waste! I even received multiple emails asking us to review the product they we never received!

I ordered the neck massager for myself for Mother's Day. Here it is July 3rd, and still have not received the device, though according to the tracking information, it was delivered. I've been in contact with customer service and they said they'd investigate the non- delivery and get back to me with the findings. That never happened either. I've requested a refund and they've stopped responding to my request. They are a total SCAM. I'm so disappointed because it was a gift to myself, and the neck tension continues.
