Useless doesn't work at all poor quality, ones from my. Chemist for snooring way cheaper and work much better. I wanted for athletic purposes they did nothing.

Disappointing products
I ordered mouth tape, nose strips, scent sticks and a sleep mask. Unfortunately, none of the products met expectations. The tape and nose strips don’t stick well and come off during the night, the scent sticks irritated my throat and the sleep mask is uncomfortable and keeps slipping off. Very disappointing overall.
