Totally satisfied with the services provided by Hippo during our visit to mayapuri store. Pushpendra in the tiles section helped us out patiently and gave good advise for selecting flooring for our home.

Hipposshop customer service is outstanding. They are very responsive and extremely helpful. I had an issue with my order (I accidentally placed an order and was after a refund). They helped me out instantly and gave me my refund without any questions. Will come definitely come back to them, when I need the products.

SCAM! They are selling a chinese product, you can find the IDENTICAL nappies from chinese manufacturers being sold for 75 cents a piece!!!
I paid 96 Euros for a pack of 12. The package comes directly from China.
Don`t let them scam you like I did!

Nice, colourful, very soft reusable nappies. It took around 9 weeks to arrive, due to Covid-19 issues, but worth the wait. Very good customer service, replied all my emails promptly.
