I recently purchased a hiboy vaccuum/air pump machine and it immediately had an error. I contacted customer service and Chloe made all the difference. I have a new pump coming in the mail and I have this amazing scooter!
I got the Ecom 14.
Only complaint is no suspension but the proper psi for your weight makes the difference.

Bike & Support = Great purchase
My son saved up enough (over a year) for an e-bike and based on reviews, we chose the P6. He's had it for about a year and loved it! Had an issue with a caliper mount, contacted their support and they provided a replacement part in a couple working days...so the quality of the bike is good, but the support we received makes it a GREAT purchase. It's about time to update my wife's bike, so I think we will be staying with Hiboy!

Hiboy is a very responsive company. I bought my scooter brand new and experienced issues with the wiring within the first 6 months- once I contacted Hiboy support everything was taken care of from there. I was given options for new supplies to solve the issues or mail it back. Easy process, and my scooter was returned working better than ever. Their customer support made ALL the difference in making sure I had a good product for myself.

Ordered a few parts from hi boy it so easy to navigate and find my parts! I was not 100 percent sure on how the install would go so I emailed hi boy and asked if they might have a manual or something and in a very short time I received videos on how to get it done!!! Awesome people!!!

Great Customer Service
I ordered two refurbished scooters but the second one was never shipped as it was out of stock. Customer service was very quick issue me a refund and also sent me two free gifts with my order. They made the situation right even when they didnt have to. Great working with them!

I received a Defective scooter
I received a Defective scooter. The headlight assembly and bike have a cord that is too short to connect. This make the scooter unsafe to operate at night. Customer support has delayed response that have not been helpful to this point. Since I purchased 2 scooters, one is wired properly and I can clearly see the difference in the assembly and how long the wire should be. Customer support could be improved and the quality of the scooter should be improved at this price point. I would not recommend this product.

I had a wonderful experience with Sumi
I had a wonderful experience with hiboy. We bought a kids electric bike a couple years ago. The bike is still in good condition and the battery works good too. Our oldest was wanting a dirt bike so we looked around at different companies and found hiboy has a dirt bike too. We already knew they made long-lasting reliable material. It didn’t take much to convince us. But I actually bought the blue DK1 instead of the red DK1. I was freaking out because my son’s bike helmet was red. Luckily, I was able to email their support team. Sumi came to my rescue!! Sumi was willing to answer any questions I had and was very patient with me. Every customer service needs a Sumi!! Hiboy—thank you for creating quality bikes for your customers.

Still the best customer service and great quality scooter hiboy titan pro solid heavy and 32 mph fast any problems I caused to my scooter I let them know and there very fast to reply to my email there in China so there phone hours are not the same as ours so if you can't call them then obviously email them so don't listen to angry "Distressing "cry baby's that can't use there own common sense 110% hands down thee best customer service I'll tell you what I jumped a curb and I believe I messed up the controller I contacted hiboy the proper way and before I could even ask in there reply was a tracking number to a new dashboard that dashboard got here fast but got stolen from my mailbox I told them then boom another dashboard and now there sending me another controller for freeree thee. Best I can't stress that enough I a hiboy customer freind family for life 😍

Distressing
Wow. Just wow. I genuinely didn’t think it was possible to combine cheap plastic, terrible engineering, and non-existent customer service into one scooter-shaped disaster, but somehow, Hiboy pulled it off. Bravo.
Let’s start with the scooter. Feels like it was designed during a lunch break and assembled blindfolded. Wobbly handlebars, battery that dies faster than my hope in humanity, and a ride so rough it gave me trust issues.
Now the real gem: their customer service. Ever wanted to talk to someone who makes you feel like you messed up by buying their garbage product? You’re in luck. Condescending, slow, and completely unhelpful. They might as well auto-reply with “lol sucks to be you.”
In short, this isn’t a scooter. It’s a $700 regret machine. If you’re considering Hiboy, do yourself a favor and walk instead. It’s faster, cheaper, and far less humiliating.
