I've been very satisfied with my Experience

I've been very satisfied with my Hexcald products so far. I currently own the 10" pan, large sauce pan, the Chefs knife, Nakiri knife, 5" Utility and 3.5" Pairing knives. The knives look great, hold a good edge and are well balanced. The pans are easy to clean, cook evenly and are non-stick if you follow the directions on how to cook with them, you do need to cook at a lower heat setting than with other pans.

I had an issue where I mildly scratched my pan, I reached out to customer service and they promptly sent a replacement pan out without any hassle. They were prompt to reply as well.

I have been bombarded with text messages over the past 3 months despite replying with the required "stop" on every one of them and despite 3 requests via customer service. Not a professional organisation and happy to use spam.

Impressive customer service

I am so impressed with the customer service I received when I submitted a warranty request. Even though it is a Saturday during a holiday weekend, representatives were getting back to me via email immediately and quickly helped me resolve my issue. They even were able to find my order number for me when I realized I had deleted it. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

Love these pans!!

I have purchased several HexClad pots and pans. I absolutely love them! Cooking has never been more fun. I also love being able to use metal cooking utensils once again. It feels good to get rid of toxic plastic utensils at last! These pans are also a breeze to clean. I highly recommend them!

Excellent Customer Service

I have the pots and pans as well as knives and salt and pepper grinder. I had an issue with my salt grinder that was addressed promptly by Patrick. He was amazing and took very good care of me. I highly recommend all of the HexClad products!

Great cookware and great service.

Transcription: I purchased a full set of Hexclad pans in May 2025.

I love all of my pans. They have made cooking a pleasure. They hold heat evenly. They are super easy to clean. I look forward to many years of using my pans.

I recently contacted Service to ask about a discount and how to apply it to my next purchase. I received a response within a day along with a completed invoice and a link to complete the purchase.

The Service staff were more than helpful, courteous, and efficient.
