I've been very satisfied with my Hexcald products so far. I currently own the 10" pan, large sauce pan, the Chefs knife, Nakiri knife, 5" Utility and 3.5" Pairing knives. The knives look great, hold a good edge and are well balanced. The pans are easy to clean, cook evenly and are non-stick if you follow the directions on how to cook with them, you do need to cook at a lower heat setting than with other pans.
I had an issue where I mildly scratched my pan, I reached out to customer service and they promptly sent a replacement pan out without any hassle. They were prompt to reply as well.

I am so impressed with the customer service I received when I submitted a warranty request. Even though it is a Saturday during a holiday weekend, representatives were getting back to me via email immediately and quickly helped me resolve my issue. They even were able to find my order number for me when I realized I had deleted it. I was very pleased with the entire experience.

I have purchased several HexClad pots and pans. I absolutely love them! Cooking has never been more fun. I also love being able to use metal cooking utensils once again. It feels good to get rid of toxic plastic utensils at last! These pans are also a breeze to clean. I highly recommend them!

I paid over $200 for this and in the first week the bottom bowed out and it doesn’t live up to being non stick. Absolutely shocked at the poor quality of this product. DONT BUY!!!!!

I recently contacted Service to ask about a discount and how to apply it to my next purchase. I received a response within a day along with a completed invoice and a link to complete the purchase.
The Service staff were more than helpful, courteous, and efficient.
