This software costs money.
Looks great, brilliant UI, loads of features and buttons etc. But in the end it could not read my hard drives and testdisk was able to help recover all my data.

We have a 24/7 support service, why didn't you contact us? We would have helped you recover your data. If TestDisk recovered your data, our program would have recovered it too.
What does it mean that the program could not read the disks? It did not see them at all? What is the reason for the data loss? Are the disks in working condition?
The trial version of the program allows you to check whether data recovery is possible? Why did you register the program if the program did not see the disks?

Total Scam!!!
Total scam! The software does not work and we claimed their 30 day money back guarantee as promised on their website, but from then on we don't get any response from the support team.
Update: 30.04. 14:49 - We received the money, but it's a shame to see the support team only respond after a public statement here on Trustpilot describing the company's practices. So be careful with this company.
