I can’t speak highly enough of Dr. Lin. After a frustrating experience with another service that sent a registered nurse who wasn’t able to give us clear guidance—just vague instructions and a long wait for test results—I reached out to Dr. Lin. He was incredibly responsive and thorough. Within minutes, he was able to pinpoint what was going on and provide a clear plan of action. The relief I felt knowing we were in capable hands was immeasurable. Dr. Lin’s combination of medical expertise, clear communication, and genuine care is rare to find. Highly recommend to any parent looking for peace of mind and real answers.

Dr. Boyd was nothing short of incredible during my visit. I felt heard, cared for, and in the hands of someone truly dedicated to their patients. I was able to get an immediate response, empathetic care, and picked up my prescription the same day as seeing the doctor. Had I tried to do this through my primary care physician, it would have taken MONTHS and cost a fortune.

For most things, I frankly have no idea why I even pay for normal insurance. The Hermes experience was SO much better and reminded me of everything I missed when I was with Kaiser. They will be my first call whenever the need for care is necessary – which I hope is never, but c'est la vie.

Great experience! Dr. Jeff Chien was my physician and he was very professional, listened respectfully to what my needs were and carefully explained everything to me including how it all worked and what the plan of care. You can tell he genuinely cared and was knowledgeable. I liked that the process was easy and straight forward. I would highly recommend!

Dr. Chien was so caring and empathetic. He took the time to listen to and address all of my complaints and concerns. He went above and beyond to help thoroughly coordinate my healthcare needs and follow up care. Very efficient and timely care.

Deeply appreciate Alex's help in removing stitches after my cyst removal. I wasn't able to see a doctor in-person at the time so the telemedicine was super helpful. It was my first time cutting stitches so I was a bit nervous but Alex communicated well and made the process straightforward and stress-free. He guided me through the process of cutting the ends of the stitches by video; so convenient and kind. Can't recommend Alex enough!

I was abroad in Portugal when I sprained my ankle severely and didn’t know what to do. Dr. Lin responded to my messages immediately and walked me through evaluating how bad the injury was. Luckily, through pictures and a phone call, he was able to determine I didn’t need an xray, saving me the stress of an ER visit in a foreign country where I don’t speak the language. Because of Dr. Lin, I was able to enjoy the rest of my trip with peace of mind.
