My watch is just amazing. The colour is so beautiful it changes when you move your wrist. The quality is just perfect and for the price I can’t believe how affordable it is for all the details and work they put in there

I purchased 4 watches thinking I was…
I purchased 4 watches thinking I was getting good craftmanship and quality watches. The watches are cheaply made and have no weight to them at all, similiar to a piece of paper. Their website states "30 Days Money Back Guarantee" but so far it has been nothing but difficult. I sent an email the day after receiving my watched letting him know my intent to return the items. I pretty quickly got an email trying to get me to accept a 10% refumd if I was wiolling to keep the watches. I responded back immediately stating that saving $20 was not worth keeping the watches and asking for my return instructions. It has now been 3 days and I stil have not heard from anyone despite sending them multiple emails. I would caution anytine thinking about ordering from Henry to save your money as this return has turned has turned into a streessed nightware.

I ordered a watch strap and a watch from uk. The strap arrived first without the watch.I was a bit disappointed. I sent photos of my package received. The reply was polite and the company investigated the issue. A week later the watch arrived to my relief.

I fell for the AI advertising
I fell for the AI advertising, these are garbage. Won’t let me return, when I was finally able to get ahold of someone. The watch didn’t work after the first day, didn’t keep time, then stopped all together. You’d be better off picking up a watch in the candy aisle at Walmart.

Buyers beware Ipurchased a watch on June 5,2025 it's now July 3 ,2025 and I still have know idea when I will get it,as far as the company is concerned they gave it to there carrier and there washing there hands in it ,they said call GOFO the delivery service in the US ,so i did ,and they said they gave it to someone they didn't know who so I could check or when I would get it it sounds more and more like a scam
