A stylish but comfortable strap
I needed to replace the bracelet that came with my watch for a more adjustable strap. I ordered the strap, it came within 2 weeks. Fit the watch perfectly and has made wearing the watch a much more comfortable experience.

I ordered a strap for my Rolex Airking
I ordered a strap for my Rolex Airking. The strap took 2 weeks to arrive. Upon fitting it would seem the strap does not fit my watch. Helvetus offered a replacement for a different strap blaming the watch itself and not the strap citing that it was the correct strap. I questioned whether they has sent the strap for the previous Airking model.
Overall a poor customer services department and after many emails and time wasting I am now sending the strap back for a full refund.
I would not recommend this company!

This company is just drop shipping low quality straps from AliExpress. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. ITS A SCAM!!!! They are making out they are a premium Swiss brand selling aftermarket straps when in fact they are dispatching directly from China. I paid over £100 for a strap that’s £30 on AliExpress. They want you to pay a 25% restocking fee to return the item and return shipping is at your expense after they have scammed you. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
