I am fairly new to these processes,but trusting a 50/50 engagement with the team. I rated a 4 star review, only because I am fairly new to this and need my minds comprehension to catch up with your tutelage. Honest review from Previous Sales Staff Member of HHF

I started working at Helping Hands Financials end of December 2024 as a sales representative. The starting pay was potential earnings to make minimum $120k a year. They also work on your credit for free. Amazing perk and I am sure they had good intentions. I committed to unpaid training as a 1099 contractor and worked my way up to closing about 50 clients a month. They want the sales people to close minimum 60 clients a month which I never reached that goal for the length of time I worked there but I also didn’t have more than 65 face to face consultations in a month.

In February, I noticed they removed 1 charge off all 3 reports out of about 22 negative items. Right after that removal it showed up as debt collection in my reports. And that is fine because that is the nature of bad debt and credit reporting. From March onward I noticed that other clients were reaching out to me about negative items that are still reporting on the 3 credit bureaus but they are being told by HHF that it was deleted off their reports based off credit hero score or their internal software updates.

I was not aware of these inconsistency’s with the service until several clients approached me with the concerns then I started to look deeper and verified that the items are still reporting even after 2 months of updates. I lost confidence in the company when I saw that clients were not getting results of negative items deleted off their reports and I was told they were working on it and had to wait for reports to update. I brought the concern to management they terminated me from the company about 2 weeks later. They might reply back to this post rebutting that they removed more negative items than I stated but they are lying because they are not verifying with the actual credit bureaus.

Scam Alert- Don’t Fall for the Hype

Stay far away from this company. They ask for reviews early on just to boost their ratings. They told me they would freeze my records with a secondary bureau called LexisNexis, but when I called LexisNexis myself, I learned the truth they have nothing to do with your actual credit scores. They don’t report to or update the main credit bureaus Experian, Equifax, and TransUnion, which are the ones that really matter. LexisNexis is just a data aggregator used for background checks, insurance, and identity verification not credit scoring.

I signed up in April 2025. Their first report showed a score increase, but that was from actions I took before joining not their work. They claimed they had sent dispute letters, but none of that ever happened.

Their dashboard shows no real progress, and when I asked questions, they just pointed me to a third party instead of giving straight answers. They told me 5 items had been deleted, but after waiting and following up multiple times, I was eventually told they couldn’t even retrieve that information. I had to constantly follow up just to get basic updates, they never followed through unless I pushed for it.

They also pushed me to leave a glowing review right after onboarding, long before I had any chance to see real results. After three months, I can honestly say nothing has been done that I couldn’t have done myself. This company isn’t worth your time or money.

Don’t be fooled by the 5-star reviews they mostly reflect the sign-up experience, not actual results. Protect yourself and look elsewhere.

As you can see, they responded not only to my review but also to all the negative ones. Who exploits customers' private information like this? Their responses are scripted and will try to cover up customers honest review. I have voicemails proving they couldn’t provide the information they claim is in their so-called “training materials.” Their documentation and training modules are fake. I’ve repeatedly asked why their information doesn’t match their so called provided module and the third-party reporting tool they asked me to pay for.

They’re not accredited by the Better Business Bureau and lack credibility with recognized credit repair organizations. A quick search shows they have no BBB backing and no certification from industry associations. I also have multiple texts and recorded communications showing their instructions to “just review.” Of course, they say “no pressure,” but the algorithm behind this is clear more five-star reviews make them look better.

Additionally, the contract states they will not charge my card without my authorization. I never consented to any payments. I did not give permission to process charges, and I will be disputing this.

Please, anyone reading this know exactly what you’re signing up for. Don’t fall for this scam company that will find any excuse to take advantage of customers while claiming they’re here to help. I do plan to share my awareness so you don’t fall for their scams.

Hi Pang! Thank you for your feedback. We’re truly sorry to hear you’re disappointed. We’d like to address the concerns you raised and clarify the steps we’ve taken on your behalf. Transparency is something we take seriously and we’re committed to providing a fair and honest response.

1. YOUR ENROLLMENT & DISPUTE PROGRESS: You officially enrolled in April 2025, and at this point, we've only completed ROUND 2 of the dispute process. As we clearly explained during your onboarding call, credit repair is a multi-phase process and results vary depending on the complexity of the credit file. We also set expectations that SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS IS TYPICALLY SEEN BETWEEN ROUNDS 4 - 6. You're still early in the program, and it's not unusual for deletions or score movement to be limited at this stage. The full benefit of the process often unfolds over time, especially when paired with the financial strategies we provided in the Masterclass.

2. REGARDING THE 5 DELETIONS MENTIONED, that reference came from a dispute PDF that was mistakenly attached. We want to clarify that in the message we sent, we never claimed deletions had occurred. The attachment was included in error, and it’s not our current policy to send out these PDFs at this stage of the program. We take full responsibility for that and are addressing it internally to ensure accuracy moving forward.

3. SECONDARY BUREAUS & LEXISNEXIS FREEZE: We educated you on the importance of freezing secondary bureaus like LexisNexis, even though they don’t report credit scores. These agencies aggregate public records used by the major bureaus for verification. Freezing them is a PREVENTIVE STEP to stop previously deleted items from being reinserted. We submitted the freeze request and SENT YOU A SCREENSHOT confirming it. We also clarified that LexisNexis WILL SEND YOU A CONFIRMATION LETTER, or request more documentation if needed—which we are happy to help provide.

4. DISPUTE ACTIVITY & COMMUNICATION: We SENT YOU A LIST OF THE NEGATIVE ITEMS we were actively disputing and followed the STANDARD 35-DAY DISPUTE CYCLE (30 days for bureau investigation and 5 days for mail processing). When you declined phone calls from your Success Manager, we respected your preference & continued sending updates via email. Every step taken on your case was DOCUMENTED AND COMMUNICATED in writing.

5. CREDIT SCORE INCREASE & EXPECTATIONS: While your early score improvement may have been influenced by actions you took before enrolling, that doesn’t mean no work was done on our part. We’ve been consistently processing disputes and escalating items based on bureau responses. We also emphasized that the FIRST FEW ROUNDS DON'T ALWAYS PRODUCE IMMEDIATE DELETIONS, which is why we encourage clients to stay the course.

6. REGARDING THE REVIEW INVITATION AFTER ONBOARDING: We understand your concern about being asked to leave a review early in the process. As we clarified during your onboarding, this invitation is meant to reflect your INITIAL EXPERIENCE—including communication, clarity of the program, and how well your questions were answered—not your results just yet. It’s part of how we collect early feedback to improve how we onboard clients. Many of our 5-star reviews do reflect this initial interaction, and we encourage clients to update or add reviews later as their results come in. NO ONE IS REQUIRED OR PRESSURED TO LEAVE A REVIEW, and the intention has never been to mislead—it’s to gauge how well we’re setting up new clients for success.

We understand the frustration that can come from slow or minimal changes early in the process, but we remain committed to seeing your program through with integrity, transparency, and personalized support.
