I was initially hesitant about using an online service to diagnose and prescribe medicine! However WISP is a life saver! I did not have to wait days or book an appt with my doctor! I will definitely be a returning customer, if needed.

I like the fast turn around so I could get the meds I needed the same day. I do not like the website design. After I went through the entire process (symptoms, rx needed, medical history, health update) it was time to sign in and pay, etc. Perfect- except the system took me back to the beginning and I had to enter everything all over again. That in itself isn’t terrible, but what actually happened is - I ordered what I needed twice. And was charged twice. You would think the system could be better than that.

I was in a bind as my gyn has moved suddenly and she’d normally prescribe me the med I needed without a visit as it’s an issue I’ve had in the past. I found Wisp and figured I’d give it a go and I was provided excellent and quick assistance and also with utmost respect and care and I didn’t have to argue my symptoms, which I was worried. I am new to using tele-health, but this experience was amazing and I have been telling all my family and friends about it! My prescription was sent in quickly and I am on the mend and so happy I gave Wisp a try. Thanks so much!

I bought a medication last year. At Safeway, buying the medication gave me a refill. Trying to refill this medication, all Wisp had to do was call/contact Safeway to okay the refill. No, I had to pay another $39.00 to get the refill. Not good customer service.

Dr took way too long to respond to my request for medication. By the time my script was sent to the pharmacy it was well into the afternoon of the next day. Very disappointed after being a loyal customer.

The process to sign up and verify my information was easy. I love how fast the provider responded and reviewed my condition. My medication was sent right to my pharmacy and was ready for pick up shortly after. I like how affordable the treatment was as I didn't have time to go to urgent care and my doctor's office was closed due to the holiday. I highly recommend.

It was easy to type in my symptoms and get a response quickly. I got care for my UTI the same day. I don’t have health insurance so Wisp was a life-saver for me. I never get YI's I have only had 2 in my life. So after an antibiotic regimen, I got the most annoying YI symptoms from the antibiotic-just constant irritation & annoyance (they called that MILD) I couldn't get comfortable. Now I have no PCP or insurance, so I searched online. There were several but Wisp really-to me-turned out to be the best place. They processed my intake forms & had my meds mailed out the first available moment (It was a Sunday unfortunately)...Doctor answered me within 45 minutes even on a Sunday & had my 'script & order set up ready to mail. Mailed out Monday I got it Wednesday-sweet relief!! Set up subscription for any future rainy days. I like that I also had the option to have it sent to my local pharmacy instead, if I couldn't wait for the mail. Overall a GREAT experience. Fair prices & extremely easy to use it was a lifesaver. I will always be so grateful for Wisp for this 1 thing. I was at my wit's end. Thank you!!!!

I had a bad and strange experience with Wisp. I’ve never used it before but have heard generally good things about it. I’m on vacation and my doctor’s office is closed for the holidays and won’t open again for 3 days. I ran out of Zofran, an antiemetic I take for gastroparesis, and thought it would be easy to get it on Wisp; it’s already a medication I have a prescription for and it’s a relatively benign medication with minimal side effects. Without Zofran, I have bad nausea and vomiting and obviously don’t want to deal with that for three days whilst ON VACATION. The doctor reviewing my request not only denied it because “gastroparesis medication shouldn’t be prescribed over telemedicine,” but she also suggested I take a different medication for it?? What?? My doctor and I have already talked over the other antiemetics available and decided to go with the safest option with the least side effects… which is Zofran. Don’t recommend this site if you have a “complicated diagnosis.” I bet if I’d used my anxiety diagnosis instead of my gastroparesis one they would’ve prescribed it. Ironic.
