Full Refund not True - Beware

Product was OK but did not help my pain, according to the “Canadian” company’s website, the product was meant to be fully refunded, no questions asked! No return needed in terms and conditions.
When I approached them, they said the product had to be returned to China!
I did that, paid $50 for “tracked” shipping, the parcel got lost somewhere in China, neither my post or China post says where the parcel ended up to and the company doesn’t want to fully refund the product.
If the product is Canadian and the product is Canadian, why did I need to send it to China?
If I would have sent it to Canada, I am sure the parcel would have been completely trackable and would have arrived without incident.
Parcels can get lost anywhere, it is harder to deal with post offices in countries like this. And the company’s lack of understanding and not keeping the word on whatthey advertise is very frustrating!

Finally i receive excellent, rapid, detailed customer service. Its not hard to give good service, these people are excellent.
Do NOT DEAL WITH APOLLO OR CANADIAN CANNABIS CLINIC.
They are horrible, give you're business to HelloMD.

Fast, convenient and affordable!

Super easy process for me. I was introduced to them back when Shoppers Drug Mart was into medical cannabis. I renewed again recently it's so convenient to do over the phone or computer. No cost to use services outside of OHIP. So happy I don't need to see anyone in person to waste more time travelling and waiting like in the past. Very recommended and will continue to use them in the future.

I had some issues at the pharmacy…

I had some issues at the pharmacy because my doctor had passed away and the pharmacy would not honor my percription when I called back to Hellomd Trisha was so helpful and went above and beyond to fix the issue. GREAT JOB TRISHA thanks for making my problem so important and resolving the issue so quick !!!!!

Hello MD not recommended

Waited a while for the practioner to call, so I reached out to customer service. They told me there no able to get ahold of the practiioner and just refund me the money. Was a waste of my time and set back alot of th8ngs for me.

Poor quality of doctors

Poor quality of doctors. The doctor told me she wouldn’t give me anything because I am 19 even though I purchase my own for pain management and wanted to see a doctor for more precise pain management. Before she even heard about why I need it she told me no. I wasn’t treated kindly or respectfully. I felt looked down on. Not the experience you want from a doctor who’s one of your last resorts for pain management. Find a different doctor. Did not seem like a welcoming environment nor one that have patient care as a top priority.

This is a word of warning

This is a word of warning. If you have an iPhone go to settings, passwords and review security recommendations. My phone shows that my password was revealed in a data leak. I was told that their IT group was unaware of it and told they did not have an app—no idea why that is relevant. Hopefully, you are not part of what I understand was a leak.

The notification you received from Apple on your Iphone was to indicate that the password you had used for your account had been part of a breach but Apple doesn't indicate where the breach occurred. Helena is knowledgeable, kind, patient, listened to me, she is just the BEST, I'm a 8 year Veteran and had no where to turn, served my country, no help with pill pushing military, thank God for people like Helena to help veteran's like me.

All these good review are fake! This company is a scam!!!

All these good reviews must have been when they were not scamming people! It has been literally one month since I paid $50 to get a medical cannabis card I have tried every way in my power to get in touch with them and I cannot I even tried calling them and they texted me back saying can I call you again later never got a callback I’ll tell you that! They owe me $50 because I never got anything they promised! I never got a doctor that called me, never get my card, and essentially I lost $50 before I went on my vacation to California because these people scammed me!!! Do not use HAPPYMD

Practitioner was rude and terrible

Practitioner was rude and terrible. Appointments were difficult to schedule and they only had two practitioners on staff. Had to wait a week for an appointment.

HelloMD is the best!

HelloMD has provided the best care I have ever had on a website period. I already had my card through my primary doctor, but it was costly due to him only allowing 3 month certificates. I found HelloMD though my dispensary, and from my voice chat with my Doctor to chatting with customer service everything was excellent! My situation was a little different as I already had an active card, and they showed me how to cancel my current card and right after they put in for my new one. Super quick and easy! I'm not used to that in actual places in real life, let alone online!! I will for sure be sharing my experience, and letting anyone who's curious about medical marijuana where to go for the best care! Thank you all so much again!

Easy. A real time and gas saver.

I usually drive 45 minutes to get to the closest Dr. who prescribes medical marijuana cards. HelloMD allowed me to "visit" a Dr. through face chat after filling out the standard application, submitting head shot for card, and drivers license. I paid online, received my temporary card to print out and my new card will be mailed in a few days. Easy Peasy. Will recommend to all I know.
