I had to wait an hour but then everything from information sending scripts to pharmacy and after visit summary were great
It was great, the only draw back I had was the processing wait time… about 1 hour. That was fine but I would text and ask if you’re still working on my issue and no response. I could see the still processing icon going but I would have liked a general time frame for waiting. I almost went somewhere else.
In terms of care the prescription was perfect, information from doctor, labs, and summary was great even on a holiday . I’d use Helixvm again.

Easy to use .. its sunday so reg dr isn't open. Glad I found this otherwise I would have had to wait till I could get an appointment or go to the ER .. service was quick.. my co pay was 90% less than what I pay at my regular dr so thats a plus .. 100% plan on using this service again

Convenient from home
I had encountered some poison oak and had a horrible rash on my face that I didn't want to leave the house. That's when I found this site HelixVM. I was able to see a Dr. fro the comfort of my home. The interaction was so easy. I misspelled one of my allergies and they reached out to double check. I also forgot to mention an issue with an antibiotic prescribed and they changed it no questions asked. This is the stuff of dreams for when you need medical care fast.

Super quick!
Going through each step was super easy and incredibly fast. When you’re not feeling good, nothing is fast enough but the processing was faster than I thought it would be, especially for a Friday evening.

My provider was amazing
My provider was amazing. Personable and kind she listened to me. I did have a complaint about the prescription ordered but they promptly rectified it. 10/10. I've used several online doctor services in the past, and this has been the best by far.
I do however find their patient portal to be a little confusing.

This is a very good group of doctors that provide great and efficient service and they have a streamlined process that makes it very easy to obtain medications and diagnosis.. they even ordered blood work for me which allowed both me and the doctor to have a better view of what was going on with my health and allowed us to make the right decisions about what medications we should ch oose and continue moving forward
