I bought HEED crash bars for Suzuki Bandit, and my personal experience with their product is absolutely perfect! Superb build quality, fit and finish. Very easy to install with all the necessary bolts and nuts in the package! My recommendation is with both hands for HEED!

BMW 310gs engine guard
My Engine Guard arrived today and the workmanship is spot on,i went with the steel black.Really happy with it. Fits perfectly. I also had no issues regarding correspondence with the company which I was a bit worried about after reading the reviews on here so not sure about others experience there. Product is excellent in my opinion. Fair play to them I say, good craftsmanship .

Bad Service
Bad Service. The paintwork on the crash bar was damaged when it was unpacked. The dealer accepts no responsibility and leaves me to pay for the damage. Stay away from the dealer and buy elsewhere.

The big weak point of heedshop.eu: The sales department! You should know that heedshop.eu does not communicate. If you have a problem or simply want information, they ignore you, never answer you. I tried several times to contact them but I never received a response, even after several reminders. I won't be ordering from heedshop.eu again, and I don't recommend them.

Poor customer service.
I have previously purchased Heed Engine bars before and been very pleased with them. However this time has been a nightmare.
They will not fit my bike a HONDA NT1100 and I have had no reply from customer services. I have emailed them twice and attempted to contact them by phone.
They are well made but their customer service is terrible.
Consider this when ordering from them. I will avoid them in future.
