I recently visited Hearing Health Hub for an ear wax removal session, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the moment I booked online (which was super quick and easy), everything was smooth and professional. The clinic itself is clean, calm, and welcoming—exactly the kind of environment that puts you at ease.

Rahim, the specialist, was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the procedure, showed me the inside of my ears before and after, and made sure I was comfortable throughout. The treatment was completely pain-free and surprisingly relaxing. I walked out hearing clearly again—what a difference!

What really stood out was the personal touch and genuine care. Even when appointments weren’t available online, a quick call got me a same-day slot. That kind of service is rare these days.

I highly recommend Hearing Health Hub to anyone needing ear care. I’ll definitely be returning for future check-ups!

Called Hearing Health Hub for an on-day appointment as my son got ears blocked with reduced hearing almost a week after swimming. Been GP and using ear drops for few days but no improvement at all. Rahim was so kind and helpful to squeeze us in straight away while his bookings were all fully packed. During the earwax removal procedure, Rahim was so professional. My son was so impressed by how quickly all the wax got removed totally with no pain. His hearing got back to normal, even better than before. It was so amazing. Thanks Rahim. Such Wonderful service!! 🙏 I came to Rahim for a second opinion and would definately recommend him in a heartbeat 🙏 He kindly re-checked my previous hearing test and walked me through everything!! He showed me which hearing aids he thought would be best for me! he ordered these, fitted & paired my hearing aids to my “specific hearing prescription” and on my phone, we downloaded an app! so I now have telephone calls & music coming through my hearing aids!! when I need them to! SO pleased! 🙃 I seriously didn’t know how deaf I had become in one ear!! Very happy with a really thorough all round experience! Thank you SO much!! 🙃🙏👍

My husband has had issues with his ears for years, he has had countless visits to the doctors in that time, Unfourtunally, they have been of very little help ,and he had resigned himself that his reduced hearing was just something he would have to live with. Following a recent holiday, his ear problem worsened and he lost almost all of his hearing in both ears, I found the hearing hub on line, and thought it was worth a try. I am so glad we did as the difference it has made to my husbands hearing is amazing.His hearing isn't perfect but its the best its been in many years,and it shocking that he has suffered for so long when it could have been fixed so easily. The procedure is quick and painless, Rahim was polite and knowledgeable. All round a very positive experience that i would be happy to recommend to anyone,

My first time so was not sure what to expect! I need not to worry…. Rahim was welcoming, professional, calm and informative. The surroundings are beautiful and relaxing. I have had many years of trouble with my ear and some very painful ear infections, I have seen medical professionals throughout and no one had mentioned what Rahim found!!! I had compacted wax that had been there for years and was covering my ear drum and blocking my channel. I am delighted with the service and now feel completely ‘refreshed’ and clear. The whole process from start to finish was seamless,painless,not uncomfortable at all and most importantly someone beside you who understands that it may not be the nicest thing to have to attend on any day but I was made to feel welcome,kept well informed through the processes and once my ear wax had finally(after so many many years)been removed,I instantly felt the relief and heard things so much clearer straight away.
The hearing hub is a game changer in my mind and I felt at ease from the very first second to the very last as I left.

Easy web site to navigate, booked my appointment but then called to see if I could be seen sooner. Nothing available, but then I got a call to say there was a cancellation on the following day.
