Basic Features

It was nice being able to do everything…

It was nice being able to do everything at my own home. I didn't have to go to a doctor's office to have my hearing checked or anything. The audiologist I dealt with was amazing. It's also nice to know I can call them anytime I have questions or issues with my hearing aids.

Improved hearing

I was satisfied with Hear.com. Of course my hearing is substantially better however I still have an issue with some hearing but I was told I have lost 20% of my hearing that can’t help. The cost is substantial however cheaper hearing aids does not help me.

A great solution for your hearing difficulties.

I bought my second pair of hearing aides from your company. Each time I was assigned a knowledgable and personable sales person who answered my questions and helped me with any problems I encountered. Both times I thought the online hearing test and the audiologist were very good. I love how well they stayed synced with my iPhone because I listen to books and music a great deal most days.
I do appreciate the reasonable and affordable costs of the hearing aides.

Better Hearing=Better Life

I have been a user of Hear.com products for a number of years, and found out that they had vastly improved the technology. They now have multiple processors to allow for adjustable hearing. Having had tinnitus for many years, I have noticed a vast reduction in that annoying constant ringing, especially when I do not have my hearing aids on!

I must say that I have had two previous experiences with hearing aid companies that were less than satisfactory. Hear.com was over the top wonderful because they were straightforward, honest authentic, and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. Everything was top notch, professional from the moment I spoke with their representative to the time I received their package. The technology that they provide for testing is pretty darn amazing and everyone I dealt with was so lovely and honest. When the time comes that I actually do need hearing aids. I love the adjustability of the hearing…

I love the adjustability of the hearing aids. I sing in a choir, play trumpet in a community band for which both require different settings. These settings work great for me.

Like the hearing aids

Like the hearing aids. Excellent service before fitting and after. The only issue I have is I have asked both the fitter as well as the customer representative for a pair of spare earbuds for the hearing aids and have not received anything.

Best hearing aids I've experienced…

Best hearing aids I've experienced after previous 8 years and 2 other brands (and corporate approaches) of hearing aid usage. Everything from testing, consulting, selection, payment processing, hearing aid setup, and sales follow up, and most importantly, actual hearing aid results was better.
