Package on time

Package on time, product worked twice.

4-5-25 The healthy organic shop sent me a email asking me to change my review for a 3 dollar store credit. Pretty insulting. Never said a word about wanting to replace the broken product. I would rather just not deal with this place again.
4-6-25 The Healthy Organic Shop contacted me and offered to replace my product ONLY if I changed my review. We are talking about a 17 dollar product. I'm sorry, but I never had a company give me a ultimatum to replace the product or refund my money. Every time this place contacts me it only gets worse.
4-6-25 The only resolution that was offered was take down my review and we will give your money back. This place is very petty and I would advise anyone not to shop here.
4-7-25 The healthy Organic Shop contacted trust pilot and tried to have my review taken down for "Content Integrity" in which I wrote nothing, but the truth and what happened - trust pilot agreed and kept my review up.
Only after I refused to take my review down so they would give me my money back and after there attempt to have my review taken down with trust pilot they FINALLY sent me my money back and sent me a new product.
Everything I have said in this thread is true and correct. The one star is my opinion and I will not be changing it because there is not a chance I would ever deal with this place again. They are very petty and sneaky!

We are truly sorry if this buyer is upset because we contacted Trustpilot to request the removal of certain words in their review that we felt might be inappropriate for our potential clients to read. Please understand, this was never meant to silence anyone’s voice, but simply to protect our business reputation.

At the same time we submitted that request, we also issued a full refund—including the shipping fee—and sent a replacement product. We even paid extra to ship the replacement via UPS to ensure it would arrive quickly and securely. We genuinely did our best to make things right.

We understand the frustration and respect everyone’s opinion. However, we kindly ask that the buyer consider everything we’ve done. They received a full refund, a replacement product, and professional, polite communication from us throughout. We’ve gone above and beyond what most sellers would do in a similar situation.

At no point have we spoken negatively about the buyer. In all of our messages, we have remained respectful and courteous.

If, after all of this, the buyer still feels their actions are completely justified, we leave it to others to decide who acted fairly in this situation.

After speaking with the buyer, we’d like to sincerely apologize for the initial misunderstanding. The feedback began with a positive comment—“Package on time, product worked twice”—which led us to believe the 2-star rating may have been an error. However, due to the misunderstanding, the buyer later changed the rating from 2 stars to 1 star.

To address the situation, we offered the buyer a $3 credit in appreciation if it was indeed a mistake and they were willing to update the review. Later, we also offered a full refund after the buyer agreed to remove the feedback, as we were under the impression it may have been submitted unintentionally.

In addition, we arranged for the buyer to return the original item for a full refund and offered a replacement as a gift. The buyer accepted, and we promptly shipped the replacement via UPS 3-Day Select to ensure faster delivery.

At this point, the buyer has received a full refund, and the free replacement is on its way. We’ve done our best to make things right on our end. Ultimately, it’s up to the buyer to decide whether our service met their expectations.

Thank you for giving us the opportunity to resolve the issue. We truly value our customers and appreciate your support.

Hello Everyone,
We have reached out to the buyer twice regarding their concern about receiving two items in the same color, but we have not received a response.
To clarify, the boxes contain massagers, and while the images on the packaging are identical due to our manufacturer’s design, each box is clearly labeled with its respective color. It is likely that the buyer only looked at the outer packaging and did not open both boxes before leaving their feedback.
Hopefully, by now, the buyer has checked the contents and noticed the correct colors.
