I have been looking for a headset that is compatible with hearing aids for quite a while. Speaking with Drew he was very thorough in asking different questions to try to find an option that would work best. While the site did not have anything that I was looking for, he was very helpful in providing different options that could possibly work for what I need.

This company is a complete scam. You should run from them. I called and spoke with Josh about the possibility of ordering several hundred headsets, and Josh was going to send me a couple of samples, and when I had not heard anything from him, I checked back today, and some idiot said that a supervisor had contacted the authorities... These idiots have no idea what they are doing, and instead of simply saying they can't handle a large order, they come up with some nonsense, as justification for their failure... I have put six interns on the internet to spread the word on these idiots. And they have a 2.9% on here, which says it all.

i ordered a product from them, they said they were canceling the order because the prince was wrong on the site. I offered to pay any difference, i just really needed the product and they said no. Will never buy from them again.

After watching some helpful videos on headsets on Youtube demonstrating noise cancellation of various headsets, I decided to buy from them on their website. I had decided on the Yealink H64 but I run Linux and Yealink USB Connect is Windows and Mac only. I reached out on the chat to get advised and was told nothing runs on Linux and they disconnected the chat when I asked them to advise me. No advise. No direction. Just dismissed and banned from chat. I'll buy elsewhere. Github has many open source projects for Yealink. I'm sure I'll find a solution there. Crap experience.
