The hay itself is always excellent quality and the piggies seem to enjoy foraging for the flowers (depending on which one you get).
The price is very reasonable for the amount you get.

The hay is always good and sent out quickly. This time I had a problem with the delivery (the couriers not Hay and Straw).Previously there have been no problems with delivery. I informed hay-and-straw of the problem as it might reflect badly on them. They really listened and contacted me and made the effort of calling me to hear the details of the problems with delivery. It felt like a truely personal service, the best customer care I have experience for a long while.
