Con: was picked up in morning at dealership rather than in afternoon (which I was told). Luckily I brought bike in to dealer early. Battery was completely dead at final dealership destination (1 yr old battery). Dealer swapped battery for me so I could ride. Not sure if HaulBikes fault but many other people had same problem.
