Poor customer service. Don't answer e-mails. Don't answer the phone
I have had good work done by Harrow fencing in the past but now need a replacement for my garden gate. I sent them an e-mail three days ago. No reply. Phoned them two days ago. Their call answering system puts you in a loop and you have to repeat processes. In the end, nobody answered. The same thing happened today. This is very poor customer service which disappointing as they have been good in the past.
