I bought two of their trees last year which i absolutely adore!! So, me being a worry wart🙄😁 regarding what fertiliser I should use, researched their website again; pining over their trees🤣 as normal, and found a feed they use themselves!! And having complete faith in their wealth of knowledge and experience, bought it. I received an email that was from them personally, not some automated clinical message, that confirmed the purchase; then another email explaining that it had left their facility. Thus, they follow great communication practices with their customers. Respectively, the product came today, which was extremely fast! It arrived in secure packaging so there was no damage to the product. What’s more advantageous, is that their instructions are on the package itself, which is greatly appreciated!! So, a big thanks 🙏🏻 to Hardy-Eucalyptus, for provision of a great shopping experience, while additionally focusing and reinforcing the care and attention of their customers!

I have bought from Hardy-Eucalyptus before and the tree was delivered ok.

However, I'm blown away that a company involved in horticulture and thus biodiversity should send out an email with the leading story being "If you want to go skiing - visit Canada or North America!". How on earth is this relevant to eucalyptus trees? Have you no care for the environment? Advising people to fly across the world is only going to lead to climate destruction.

Overall, and idiotic newsletter topic that will have rubbed people that actually care for the environment entirely up the wrong way.

I cannot recommend this company any more due to their unthinking attitude towards the environment.
