Mold growing in the spout of fountain
I washed my happy and Polly fountain today and my cat knocked if off the drying rack so it broke. It revealed that the spout where the water comes out of is black with mold.

I purchased the Ghost cat drinking…
I purchased the Ghost cat drinking fountain as a gift. It arrived quickly but the ceramic top plate was broken.
I reached out to the team and they responded within the hour. The team offered a refund or to send me another one. All I had to do was send photos of the damage via their service email. I asked for another to be sent and did not have to return the damaged fountain. I received my replacement with in two weeks. It has arrived in one piece. I am very happy with their timely response and replacement of the product.

Cute space vibes
I ordered the Astronaut Cat Water Fountain and the Astronaut Cat Bowl. Both are super cute and the water fountain surprisingly works well! From previous reviews I read that people had to place a straw in to the water dispenser to get the water flowing. Which I did have to do myself but after a few uses I noticed it was no longer necessary. I wish the water fountain came with instructions on how to assemble, care and information on how often the filter needs to be changed. It comes alone in the box. Otherwise it's adorable and functional!
