I couldn’t ride my brand new bike for…
I couldn’t ride my brand new bike for over a month while I waited for defective battery issues, then defective “battery activator” issues, and now, after finally being able to ride, 150 miles in and my rear rack cracked in half at 3 of the 4 connection joints making it completely unusable.
Customer service claimed it’s not under warranty and sent me an invoice for a new rack with a 30% discount.
WHY AM I HAVING TO PAY FOR A NEW RACK WHEN THE ONE SENT WITH THE BIKE IS OBVIOUSLY DEFECTIVE? Why did the rack completely fall apart after less than a month and only 150 miles of use with nothing but a 1.3 pound carbon fiber camera tripod attached to it?
All those promotional videos showing pounds and pounds of gear strapped to the rack while off-roading is complete rubbish.
I will be leaving similar reviews with BBB and Trust Pilot and whereever else I can so that I can help deter others from sending their hard earned money to these theiving company unless this issue is resolved.
Haoqiebike.com should be ashamed of themselves for the horrendous customer service and shoddy business practices

The people at the company are awesome and so is the bike.
The people at the company are awesome, did the research on this bike couldn't wait to a cane sales people contacted me we got the shipment placed in my order came fast 5 days 4 days later nothing but positive about the bike 30
miles in and the bike is wonderful definitely need a softer seat for my riding not saying the seat is hard overall I give this bike a 9 out of a 10 Great for the price definitely the cheapest for whether it has to offer especially that m560 that's a beast and so is the battery , The whole system is very eefficient.
Btw I want to say thanks to the company for reaching out to offer me a more comfortable seat. That's what you call customer satisfaction.

I am so happy with my purchase!!!
This has been a wonderful experience for me. My bike arrived on time without any problems. I was blown away by the torque & speed of my Cheetah, compared to the Radrover that had previously. Looking forward to spending quality time on the trails. I don't have to focus on getting stranded, due to the duel batteries. Having a peace of mind when on the trails is always a plus!

Its now 4-22-25 ordered green snow…
Its now 4-22-25 ordered green snow leopard august 2024 its battery shorted out in Dec of 2024 after 1300 miles and fused to the frame. After close to 3 months of trying to get this taken care of I was finally sent a lightly used black leopard which I had to pay 200 of the shipping. Only 1 week after riding the new e-bike the motor shut off, but i does come back on when powering off and back on. It happens regularly now and will happen on about 25% of my commuting rides. I only ride 9 miles each way to work and if it were further I'm sure this would happen more. I told Cassy (she's in China by the way) about this and that I was very disappointed after 3 months fighting them on getting my bike fixed or replaced and now 2nd bike is have issues. I told Cassy I would keep track of the issues with new bike and keep her informed. Cassy's response was simply "okay". I would steer clear of any Haoqi product. The bike is very nice when it is working and you may luck out and not have any problems, but if you do have issues with the bike itself good luck on getting is fixed in any timely manner. I bought a couple accessories bags both of which ripped in first week and it was replaced very quickly, but they do not stand behind their bikes. I will be cutting my losses soon and buying a bike from and local bike shop and getting their input on what is best one to suit my needs. If I went into detail about my conversations with Haoqi and coordination with local e-bike repair shop it would probably be around 10000 words so this is a nutshell version.

This Company is very shabby
This Company is very shabby. First they didn't honor the battery warranty. I had to send the battery in to be repaired. $200 mail
The battery was returned and lasted 2 months. After chatting through emails Tricia and Cassy gave me the run around. After much beseeching them Cassy gave me a discount on a NEW battery. GRATEFUL right, took a month to get it, It came in an old box wrapped in bubble wrap. 🤔
That's was the first red light. I connected the battery to the bike and the screen came on. So I took it for a spin that morning. And when I returned home. I just happened to look where the battery is to be connected and the rubber over the connection was totally gone and there was white glue where someone had tried to glue the cover back on. Since then I've wanted a new battery and Cassy has done EVERYTHING except send me a new battery. Tried to sell me another bike half price. I didn't want a refund for the battery. I wanted a new battery that had only bought 2 weeks prior that wasn't a NEW battery at all. the battery was and is a fire hazard. when I plugged it up sparks shit out of the battery connector. Now I'm gonna sue the company for several incidents from a battery that could've been easily replaced. That a warranty is still in effect for 2 more years. What a shoot business. I know it's difficult but whatever I purchase until the day I die. I'll make very sure that it's not made in China. Not even if it's a Chinese baby I made in China. I hope I can recover everything that this bike has cost me. Do NOT by Hoaqi. Cassy told me that my Orange Leopard eBike is an old model and they normally their batteries are in stock anymore, so I wander WHY they are still online for sale. Hoaqi is full of Shit.

This is a Chinese company pretending to be a California company
I placed an order with them on June 26, 2024. I ordered two Cheetah e-bikes and accessories for a total of $4,202.80. All of the items arrived in a timely manner, but we found out that our backup batteries were not working. They show a full charge, but they never kick in when the main battery goes dead. We contacted their customer support several times about this issue, and we were finally told by Cassy to ship the batteries back to them for testing. I shipped the batteries to the address listed on their website, and somebody at their company accepted the delivery. However, the batteries seem to be lost. Cassy told me that I shipped them to the wrong address and I need to re-ship them. I live in Idaho. Am I supposed to drive to California and pick up the batteries myself? I would not recommend this company to anyone. Dealing with them has been a headache for months. They also don't have any authorized service providers in Idaho. So, if we have any further issues we are out of luck. This is a Chinese company that is pretending to be an American company located in California.

I bought a Camel Cargo from Haoqi and I think I'm going to love it
I bought a Camel Cargo from Haoqi, and I love it. It is so well built (maybe a bit too well, in a bit I will go on) and sturdy. The welds are fantastic, and it is SOLID! I bought it mainly for trips to the store for groceries and for the mountains to explore forestry roads and to get me to the trail heads from my camp. It is important to be able to carry a lot and it certainly will. I got it assembled (not a lot of that) pretty easily and after immediately charging the batteries, I took it for my first ride and after a few blocks, I got the hang of the assist and throttle. I do have experience with small motor bikes so no problems really. In a few days I got the free accessories that were included and started to put them on the bike. So here is that later. There is NO slop or fudge room when attaching things made to go on it. The holes and threads are EXACTLY where they should be and DO NOT tighten down one of many screws before getting them all in and slowly tighten them all at once, I even had to take a few of the "pre-assembled" parts OFF to get to the screws for the accessories. I am not complaining because IT IS JUST MADE SO WELL. It was just a little slow because no instructions at all were with any of the accessories but all of the tools (well most all of them) were included once I saw what I had to do. That is the only drawback I can think of, is that there is a big lack of instructions or even videos on assembly anywhere that I could find. Cassy at customer service was very kind on the few times that I communicated with her and was quick with answers and solutions. I am looking forward to some adventures in the future and now that I am into my 70's I know that my Camel E-bike will make them more fun and easier. Oh, I almost forgot that the batteries seem (in the short time I have had it) to last a very long time. Your milage may vary depending on your riding habits, terrain, and weather conditions. LOL

Dissatisfied due to poor support
I received the black Leeopard nearly two months ago. The bike so far has not been ridden one foot. When received there were several loose ball bearings loose in the box. I hired a bike tech to assemble the bike . Short story is that the bearing retainer was bad and couldn’t be fixed. Hailey was contacted and informed me that I was at fault (a total lie) and would have to pay $100 for shipping to get a replacement. I paid the money (reluctantly) and as yet have not received the wheel. I want to return the bike but they tell me I am passed the two week limit. I seem to be in possession of a totally useless bike. Their customer service is terrible and I recommend no one does business with Haoqi. I will be calling BBB this morning. A total rip off .

Support after sales
I have the rhino, this bike is very sturdy. I have 1000 miles on it, and have worn out the stock knobby Tires. I recommend replacing them with HEB All scape tires. They are an Enduro tire. It made all the difference in the world in handling ,the charger went out and they sent me a new one, no questions asked. On the charger ,plugged the charger in The battery first, and then plug the charger to the wall every time, and you won't have any problem. Make sure you inflate your tires after you get your bike. They will be low and you will not get the amount of distance you want out of the battery. I disconnect my headlight and my tail light, So that I can get extra distance on my battery, I can easily plug them in when it comes to night riding . The headlight is outstanding and shines extremely well! I am 6 foot tall and this bike works great for me. If you have never ridden an electric bike, At first, you need to get used to it. But when you figure out the pedal assist and the throttle assist, you will never ride a regular bicycle again. Why would you? I am 60 and I love this bike.

I bought the cheetah
I bought the cheetah, great platform and great ride. Unfortunately during the initial shipping process the bike was damaged not there fault. But due high demand with local bike shops I was unable to get it in for repair. They sent me every thing I needed and to be fair it did take a little time but they held true and now I’ve put more then 300 miles on in just a week! Great bike and great team support!

Very satisfied
I purchased 2 Leopard pro bikes, one for me the other for my 80 year old neighbor. We both love these bikes. The quality of these bikes are outstanding and at this point could not be more satisfied, every question I have emailed to Cassy have been answered and the response has been swift. I am currently waiting on a 3rd bike I ordered for my wife, the HAOQI Eagle step thru.
