In my opinion, the different products I received, some were cool, unique and useful. But, I thought the price was the same for the good stuff and the not quite good worth the price products. Basically, overall not everything was worth the subscription price.

Nice products and super fast service!

I contacted Gunner Gear with a question I had about my Black Widow Blade. It was a gift and the action had stopped working causing the blade to slide freely in the handle. They replied within a few minutes with an easy reset troubleshoot and my knife is back in action! I will be back for more!

Heartfelt appreciation

I truly appreciated how Ms. Emily helped me with my problem of a defective
Trump pen. Though it may have seemed trivial, she was really helpful and gave attention to how the problem could be solved all the way to sending a replacement to my niece who lives in California since I am from the Philippines and ordered through her. I did not expect the caring attention she gave -she has shown me what a great and reliable company you are! Thank you!

Great Products and Customer Service

I have made many purchases from Gunner Gear and have been really happy with them. I had two knives which quit working, so I contacted their customer support. They responded immediately and helped me get the knives replaced through the warranty. It was easy and seamless and they were a big help. I’ll hands down keep doing business with them.

Stun gun/ flashlight

I purchased the tactical flashlight/stungun, worked great for about 2 weeks then flashlight quit working , stun gun still worked . So decided to see why it was rattling when shook ? Well I couldn’t believe what I saw, the battery , wires and all internal parts had 2 pieces of cardboard folded into little pieces holding everything tight together , I removed them and and all the internal parts were so loose it was a matter of time it was gonna break anyway. It looked like 6 yo put these together and hoping no one would open and see. Well I’m telling you open back end of flashlight and inspect the product , like me, you’ll be very disappointed. Let me know if this has happened to anyone else , oh called customer service and well let’s say I still have the broken flashlight .

Well packaged except one knife was not…

Well packaged except one knife was not inserted in the carton correctly and the end of the sheath had punctured the carton. One carton end is reinforced, but the other is not. The one knife of the two was inserted incorrectly.

Great products and fantastic customer service

I really enjoyed the products I received in my subscription. I always felt like I got my money's worth. I needed to cancel my subscription due to financial constraints, and all it took was a simple email to cancel it. I will definitely subscribe again when things get better.

Ask them about the return policy

I truly believe that if you sell a product you should stand by it's performance and quality...and by that I mean at least have free returns which should include shipping labels... But Gunner Gear does not do that. So it's pretty much purchased at your own risk... because if you are unhappy about your purchase you will have to pay for the shipping fee to have it returned. And it's a strong possibility that the return shipping fee will be as much as the purchase itself.
Yeah I read your reply but still if someone is dissatisfied with the quality and the performance of anything that they purchase it seems like to me the company will stand behind that and have free shipping since I paid almost more for shipping than I did for the item. So you can say what you want to say about the what's "clearly stated" at checkout but if you stood behind your products then this wouldn't even be an issue...but like I said, you fooled me once. And as for small businesses, there are plenty that offer return free shipping. Oh and by the way as for you guys trying to see if I'm a real person or if I've done business with you guys it's evident that I have... so I'm not putting out my name and address and phone number. I'll tell you what...send me yours and we'll talk. And besides, my name and address is stuffed inside the box that I paid $30 for to return this mess to you.

However, for standard returns where the item is not damaged, our policy, which is clearly posted prior to purchase, states that return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. This is standard practice for many small businesses and allows us to keep our prices competitive.

absolutely fair and friendlt treatment

i purchased night vision binoculars and my credit card was charged much more than the purchase price. as it turned out somehow i ordered 4 instead of the one that i thought i purchased. called and they immediately canceled the order and my credit card was credited. i have absolutely no issues with gunner gear. i would recommend them to my friends

Buyer beware!

I believe this company is scam! Buyer beware! Company will initiate charges for merchandise not ordered. They claim to be a small local company but it is impossible to reach a live person or otherwise get a response from them to disuss a product or to resolve a problem. The listed phone number is automated without the ability to either reach a live person or leave a message . Simply a prerecorded message instructing the caller to use email. Have tried the "Leave Message" several times on the website, as well as sending emails to their "Support" email address. Received one automated message saying they will respond in 72 hours. That was weeks ago. I was finally filed a claim with my credit card carrier. and the outcome is still up in the air. In the meantime I am stuck with merchandise i did not order and a potential credit card charge for something I never ordered, to say nothing of the time invested and the frustration experienced in trying to resolve a problem not of my making.

Gap between guard and blade.

When I got my new knife, I was impressed. It was sharper than any I had ever purchased. It had good weight to it and fit well in my hand. A friend noticed that there was a small (seriously, <.5mm) gap between the base of the blade and the guard. I contacted them through their website and got a response the next day. That gap is consistent across the examples of the knife the company could find. They offered to refund my money, but I declined the offer because otherwise the knife is superb.
