This is the worst company I have ever dealt with! They refused to allow me to return until I filed a dispute with my credit card company then I had to jump through all sorts of hoops. When I cancelled the dispute they still have not given me my money back-they are terrible do not do business with them!

SCAM! BEWARE! Will Not Let You Return Defective Products!!
Ordered my girlfriend a ski suit from their website for over $300. It came shrink wrapped and poorly packaged. She could not properly put it on with the tags on since it was so tight and was not accurate to their size guide. We thought maybe it was because it was vacuum sealed/ shrink wrapped that it had to loosen up. Nope, not the case. On top of this, as she looked down she realized the stitching on the zipper was completely frayed and there was a hole under it, which would've allowed snow and dirt to get in almost immediately, as any skier would know.
Made us fill out a form as others have said, we showed them the defect AND even had all of the orginal packaging and tags. They immediately responded and said because the tags had been removed (even if they were perfectly kept and the product was defective and unused) they would not issue us any refund and we just had to deal with it while they kept our money. DO NOT BUY. Currently filing a chargeback with my credit card company.

No it’s a complete scam!! I ordered a bib and immediately tried to cancel my order. There was no where to cancel the order, you can only email them. So I did, literally 10 seconds after I placed my order. They did not reply for 24 hours and when they did reply they said it was already shipped and I could not cancel. I get an email from Amazon that they are shipped? The bib gets to me, I immediately ask for a return label. They send me a google doc form? That asks for a clear picture of the bib with tags. I go to take a pic and there are no tags on it. WTF they said the pic didn’t work. Can’t even return them. Such a scam. I’m disputing the item. I’m so pissed

I had a disappointing experience with my recent order. The item I received was incorrectly sized - instead of extra small, it was two sizes larger, eventhough it says ex. The fabric quality was also subpar. To make matters worse, the return process was excessively complicated, making it easier to abandon the return altogether. The customer service was utterly unhelpful, leaving a lot to be desired. Will NEVER Shop here again....

Buyer beware!
Placed an order for medium size ski pants for my son. When they arrived, they were way oversized. Immediately emailed their customer service department for return instructions, twice. They responded to each email saying "Due to holiday, some orders may be delayed. If your items haven't shipped yet, they will be sent out after February 4th." Each time they ignored my request for return instructions. Their website gives no telephone contacts numbers to speak to a person or return address instructions. This appears to be a delay tactic to avoid return refunds within their stated 15-day return policy. Also, after further research of other customer reviews, they insist customer pays for return shipping costs to China! I strongly recommend shopping elsewhere.

Avoid this company. They promise easy returns that do not actually exist. They do not provide a return address, but only offer a refund of a small amount and suggest leaving the item. This way, a return is practically impossible.

If I could get this company zero stars I would, Our family are a long time snowboarders /skiers! We love to support snowboard companies! We have had ikon passes for years and normally usually buy local or from companies that are honest!.My boys wanted a pair of their bibs for Christmas. We ordered 2 bibs. I have a 15 year old and a 18-year-old. We revived them and they were ginormous. Neither size fit the boys they were swimming in them. So naturally I was going to return them a few days after we received them. Customer service told me to take pictures of the unused bibs show them that they were not used pack them up and return them back via UPS etc..which I HAD TO PAY FOR .. fine!! FYI they DO NOT SUPPLY A RETURN LABEL! YOU have to pay for shipping. Plus they take out a restocking fee for returns! Really ok fine.. ugh! No big deal whatever.
I did everything they asked me to do.
Before they would even give me an RETURN address to send back my merchandise .. asked me to take pictures of the items I was returning show them that they were unused tags and in tack and in the box. Which I did and return them within seven days via UPS ect. Which I DID so a week and 1/2 later I contacted them said hey checking on my return never heard from you. Where is my refund?? Over $300.00! When is my refund coming?? They tried to tell me my refund time was maxed out because I did not send them a tracking number within 7 days! Really! Your joking! I got the label the address she gave me my name and address and bibs were all inside the box that I had to pay for to return so I sent them the picture of my tracking number and my UPS slip after she told me ..They said sorry too late. You were supposed to send it in within seven days of the return. Screw you!! They tried to say since you never gave us the tracking number Those items are lost in our warehouse and we don’t know they came from?? Really!! well listen people contact your bank and dispute the charges it’s illegal. I looked on their website. Dispute your charges and you’ll get your money back. Don’t let this company fool you that’s how they make money. Lesson learned don’t buy from China ! Screw off!

Ordered 2nd pair of pants - they canceled it and asked me to pick another pair. They offered a $30 credit.
I tried to order another pair but then they magically said the 2nd pair I ordered were available. They instead sent some discontinued bibs they were trying to get rid of. Awaiting a response. Expecting to have to fight the charge

Totally impressed!
This ski jacket is amazing! It kept me warm and dry even on a super cold, snowy day. The fit is great - not too tight, but snug enough to keep the wind out. I also love that the hood fits perfectly over my helmet.

DO NOT use this company. They are a huge scam with a ridiculous return policy and will try every trick in the book to avoid refunding you, if you do ever get a return address, they will start adding in random things you missed which incur a penalty on your refund amount.
Quality is also not good on the jackets and pants. AVOID.
