Great experience purchasing from GSE

I needed a very niche item for my father's ongoing medical procedure. GSE had it along with one other retailer, but what's different about them is they put the price up front so you immediately know what you're getting into. I messaged them on a weekend, not expecting a reply until the following Monday - I received a helpful response 20 minutes later. The item arrived quickly too, several days earlier than expected. As far as my experience goes this is incredible customer service.

I ordered Flu A Flu B and Covid test

I ordered Flu A Flu B and Covid test. They were expired the month before. I called and they sent me a letter showing their shelf life had been extended. I'm a small clinic so a 4-month extension is not a lot of time to use test strip especially in the summer. I believe there should be a disclaimer on the order stating they are expired but with an extended shelf life.

Ordered masks and five different masks…

Ordered masks and five different masks had the one strap on bottom(all the bottom straps) just break off from the same box.it seems your length was not measured properly. Ridiculous….. considering you charge 9$ basically to ship a light weight box!

That meant I had to waste five masks and throw those out!!!!

Easy ordering. Also, I had ordered some strips and controls, but the controls I ordered were the wrong ones. They called me and let me know and took care of the correction.
