Everything was coordinated through Nancy from my very fast initial designs, through production and shipping and finally to making sure that I was happy with the received product (which I was) It took just under 2 weeks from my initial inquiry to receipt and everyone who I shared the badges with has been very impressed. Fast delivery and beautiful pins
I chose GS-JJ because they were fast. They were the only service ready to deliver my enamel pins order in less than two weeks (it really only took 8 days for them to make pins and ship from China to California!) I am very happy with the quality of the pins. They are even prettier in real life than what I can show on a photo, with the pink gold metal edges. GS-JJ will be my go-to shop for pins from now on. The sales coordinator who helped me was Adella. She told me when the pins would be shipped and kept me informed. Thank you!

Picky customer satisfied
I asked for a company coin design based on an AI image and wanted some other things edited it. Eivo had me a proof in like 48 hrs and then edited it multiple times as I picked at little things that bothered me. He even sent me one unprompted with a suggested color change (I asked for black metal, he mocked it up in gold as well) and ultimately I chose gold. This was the only company to give me a proof that quickly and continue to communicate within 24hrs until it was perfect. They also committed to meet my tight 6 week time frame without paying more. Can't wait to see the coin in person!
