The purchase was simple, online, with myriad choices of payment plans. Delivery was a day early and the earrings! The three stone, three carat earrings are exquisite. The clasp is tricky but I taped a pair of bent needle nose and used them to open the fastener. Honestly, I haven’t taken them off since although I’m sure the needle nose will work nicely. Super comfortable to sleep in as well.
You will not go wrong with these; heck, they catch MY eye in the mirror!

Terrible customer service and false advertising
I love my ring from Grown Brilliance and my fiance and I have been loyal customers until now. On their website today, it clearly states that they will resize rings at no charge up to one time a year. When I sent an email request to have my ring resized, I was told their policy had changed and it would be over $130 to resize the ring. I even took a screen shot from their website where it states that they will resize the ring up to once a year and they would not honor what their own website stated. We will no longer be returning customers. Here is what the website says… I copied and pasted it.
For U.S. customers, Grown Brilliance offers one free ring sizing within 30 days of your purchase, and up to one time per year after that (excluding eternity-style rings), as long as we can maintain the quality of the ring. Eternity bands will need to be re-made in the correct size, which we offer one time only within 30 days of your purchase. In all cases, we utilize our repair process to receive and size or remake your ring.

I already had an awesome experience buying my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band, but for an anniversary band I was worried it wouldn’t match. I didn’t see anything that matched what I had already purchased, so I reached out to customer service. Within an hour they had recreated my wife’s ring to spec and had a link for me to be able to purchase the anniversary band. Flawless and streamlined. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and my wife loves her completed set.

Well for starters I am a jeweler, upon getting my Master's degree I ordered a beautiful platinum diamond ring that is vs and clarity and colorless.. absolutely gorgeous... They sent it to me in the wrong size.. that wasn't the issue though.. there were some manufacturing defects, the wrong size, loose stones, no engraving, and that is still not what the issue is... The issue is, (for 2 years I was getting regular manufacturers lifetime warranty free prong integrity and stone checks + free sizing 1 time a year for LIFE), when I contacted them to send in my ring in for a loose Stone and a resizing for one half of a size down, I was bombarded by multiple chat agents (horribly rude + trying to charge me a lot of $$ for standard prong checks and stone checks which were previously FREE) not honoring the previous warranty that they had SECRETLY + abruptly changed & not telling any of their previous customers, making me look like a fool all of a sudden... I went back in my previous paperwork and all of the original purchase screenshots and I saw where they had changed their FREE checks and lifetime sizing once a year and integrity checking policies by completely ELIMINATING THEM. They are no longer going to honor the past promised preventative measures to keep your precious center stone + side stones from falling out of your wonderful ring. I was completely appalled that they were acting as if it had been that way the whole time. After SEVERAL agents they still acted as if they hadn't done regular inspections + sizing + repair of a faulty solder. I left them glowing reviews as an artisan jeweler professional influencer and announced all over my social media how amazing they were for the couple years that I was able to have my ring, sending thousands of people their way. I am appalled at them abruptly changing what was supposed to be a forever guarantee. I then asked them to please specify what does the manufacturer's warranty actually cover. There's no real answer because when they got rid of the things that they were doing to maintain the integrity of the ring there is NO manufacturers warranty but they are still saying that there is one so it is a fake gimmick now... it used to be real. That is what I'm angry about and I plan on making many more reviews and announcing this worldwide. Also, they are not BBB accredited, which I found out only later. Don't make my mistake by trying to always get the best deal without more investigation, I really thought they were legitimate.

In this case, the issue appears to be a loose center stone on a ring purchased over three years ago, which is generally due to regular wear or natural metal fatigue rather than a manufacturing defect. That said, we understand how disappointing this must be.
While we’ve often offered courtesy repairs beyond the warranty in the past, we’ve recently aligned more closely with our stated policy to ensure fairness and sustainability as our brand has grown.
Please note that the only change we’ve made to our service policies is retiring our free annual resizing offering. However, we now provide customers the option to purchase a protection plan through a trusted partner, which covers services like resizing and accidental damage, offering continued flexibility and peace of mind.

Customer Service was incredible! I received my wedding band which I LOVED, but realized that my efforts to get my ring size didn't take into account my big knuckles. I reached out and immediately had a resolution where I could send my ring in to their repair center and receive an adjusted ring size within the timeframe I needed. What made my experience great in regard to the purchased wedding gap ring, is that the ring showed up on time, was the correct size (I ordered an engagement ring from a previous shop and the ring was 3/4" too large, so we had to get it resized), the ring looks amazing and even more amazing on my now wife, and the ring arrived as detailed.

4 carat radiant cut in platinum pave with matching band
I was skeptical building a ring online, especially because the individual diamond photos all looked too good (other sites show more inclusions in their diamond photos), but the 4 catat diamond and platinum setting looked amazing! She received it a couple days ago and was blown away. Making review 4 instead of 5 stars because Grown Brilliance does not do price adjustments after purchase and I therefore cannot take advantage of the promotion that began a week after I received my ring without returning and repurchasing it; this is a difference of about $1,500. Regardless, I have already told everyone I know about what am excellent job GB does. Extremely satisfied with the ring and band.
