Your customer care representative are horrible, the compliance team is even worse. Tell me why I made my school payments using Grey, provided the same documents for both transactions as I had to pay twice due to the limit, after waiting for an entire week, Grey approved one of the transaction and reversed the other one. Till date, they have not given me the exact reason why one payment went through despite providing the same documents. Do I need to also state that I have literally emailed everyone in Grey, from the Customer support to the verification and compliance team, and till date, no response to why I didn’t meet my payment deadline because Grey reversed my fees. They sent an automated email that I will get a response within 15 minutes from a live rep, upeh! 4 days later, no explanation from anyone. Avoid using Grey if you have an urgent payment because they will frustrate you. I initiated the payment again, as my school wants the whole fees from the same account, it’s how many days later, and Grey is still yet to give any update. They cause me so much emotional damage last week.

I sent a payment to a company from my Grey account on July 1st. Today is July 8th, and I still have not received any proper response or the required documents showing the third-party sender information.
Grey processed my payment under a different (third-party) name instead of my own, even though they should know that most banks and companies do not accept payments from third parties. Now, the company has received the funds, but they are asking for detailed sender information to verify the payment, since the payment did not arrive in my name.
I contacted Grey support several times, but every time I only got copy-paste responses telling me to “wait 24 hours.” I have been waiting for a whole week with no progress and no real support. My funds are stuck and the receiving company cannot clear the payment without the necessary information.
If you need professional and reliable payment service, think twice before using Grey. Their customer support is unhelpful, slow, and unable to resolve critical issues where the sender’s identity matters.
